Terrible experience. After asking her multiple times to fix issues (clumpy paint, uneven tips on French, polish on the side of my nail beds, white on tips mixed with the clear of the top coat), I gave up and went to the drying area with the thought I would make this my last visit to Blossom Nails. The woman next to me commented how terrible they were and I should ask to have it corrected by someone else. Their response and approach to remedy the issue was to act as though I was being a pain. Rather than accepting responsibility and apologizing for the delay and inconvenience. I strongly recommend you try another place. When I was at the drying station, the other women were also dissatisfied. One saying, "this is my first and last visit." as she showed areas of her feet that had not been exfoliated properly. Great place . Not much of a wait time any of the many times I've gone. . Always clean and professional. Most of the technicians are friendly and very nice to work with. Very close attention to detail. Just one young lady always looks and behaves annoyed that she has to work or even be bothered to do a clients nails. Never a pleasant look on her face. Just received one of the best mani-pedis I've ever had. Scout, was simply amazing. The salon was beautiful and clean. Tools were sterilized. Scout's level of customer service was perfect. I wasnt pressured into being upcharged for additional services and the end result was beautiful. This was my first time visiting and will not be my last. They have a 10th free no chip punch card, never had this at the other salons ive been to. This far exceeded my expectations. Please try them if you're looking for top notch service. Read Less

I have been twice before & couldn't fault them but yesterday I walked out feeling very annoyed I made an appointment for 10am & was asked to sit in a back room - I sat there for 25 minutes & was totally forgotten about before someone came to get me - I was so annoyed that I told them I wasn't going to have my nails done! - so what is the point of making an appointment! I wanted to love this place because it is right down the street from my house.. But unfortunately that is not the case. I am pregnant and wanted a nice mani pedi before my little one is born in a few weeks. The  pedicure itself wasn't horrible, however she didn't even get any of the dry skin off my feet or heels and my feet look the same as they did when I walked in.. My manicure was horrible. I usually do my own nails but I figured why not since I wanted my toes and fingers to match. I could have done 100x better. She coated the polish on really thick and didn't even clean the edges when it got on my skin. My full nail isn't even painted and the thick coats bubbled and took forever to dry. I've visited Blossom Nails at least 5-6 times and I've had a very pleasant experience each time, with good results, especially for the price. My husband and I were in a few weeks ago, he had a mani/pedi, I had a manicure and no chip done, with a 20% tip it was only $120, which I thought was extremely reasonable based on prices I've seen at other salons. The no chip survived a solid 7 days of a beach vacation, covered in salt water, sand and chlorine, I think it held up very well. The staff is friendly, but quiet. I know some like a very talkative technician, but I prefer quiet relaxation. The salon is nicely decorated, the pedicure chairs are nice, great massage! I would say the sinks and tables could be a little cleaner (the very visible water stains on the wall by the sink and the hard water spots could stand to be scrubbed) but all in all; I enjoyed my experience and I'll be back! This place is disgusting ! I had a full set no chip done and they all fell off not even a week later, they wouldn't even give me a full set in replace or money back. This is not right, I've never had someone laugh in my face because they couldn't find when I came in. You say you are organized and than you couldn't find when I came in and said I never came in I even tagged the store in a post saying I was there at the date I was there I even showed them the color. These people need to be fired ! Never will I ever go back and I hope no one else does either !! Read Less

great pedi by Cynthia, then dealt with a very unfriendly guy when it was time to pay!  I had to have no chip removed for surgery the following morning, so got a pedi.  Asked if I could come back thur to get no chipmani at the combo price!  he was so rude!  will no go back!  he's a jackass and not surprised I was the only customer in there when I walked in!  Service is everything and his was pathetic!
