I've been in this place a few times, and service gotten consistently worse with every visit. Some employees give you attitude occasionally just for trying to make a polite conversation, but I mark them mentally as they were just having a bad day. They work is ok. Just ok. However, my main problem is the service which always feel so rushed and sloppy! In my opinion, they never spent enough time for service they charge. Yeah, I know they are small business and want to make money. But hey it is Customer service job, and I pay my hard earned money for certain service and quality. I used to put up coming here for location, but my last visit was my last straw. They were rushing so much, I got one of "attitude" ladies and as icing for cake my mani/pedi chipped off after a few days. Yay! A relaxing afternoon turned into disappointment and confrontation with my "technician" who was scolding me for not relaxing my hands.My verdict: Don't waste your time, patience and money on this place where they don't see you as anything more than another pair of hands holding a credit card. My husband got a serious infection in his toe and when we asked for a refund they refused. We have been calling and asking for a refund for 3 days and still have not received a call back. Do not go here. 35 dollars for an infected big toe with swelling redness and drainage. My husband has to be on antibiotics. We provided a bank statement as proof that we were there and paid for pedicures and they still will not give us a refund. Read Less

What a terrible time I had. You should not have a service if your employees do not know how to provide it.I went there to get my eyebrows waxed, which cost $12.After the lady was done( I'm not going to put her name) it looked like I NEEDED a wax. What the heck?So someone else had to fix my brows my making them thin. At checkout they asked me if I was tipping on my card. LOL funny.I'm going to do my 30 minute drive to my thread lady. Took my daughter to get her eyebrows wax and they left them very thin. I went back and they told me that too bad not everyone has perfect eyebrows. That there is nothing they can do. When they confronted the lady who waxed them she had miss understood thick for thin and they still didn't do nothing. So I insisted to speak with a manager and they said they don't know that if we wanted to file a police report and talk to our lawyers because they weren't going to do nothing. Last time i go. I love this place! Very good job with the service but a little distracting when sometimes the other girls sit and watch over their shoulder. I came in for a pedicure for the first time unaware of their business hours. I arrived just 30 minutes before closing and they gave me such a warm welcome and assured me that it was no problem. For $35 I got my pedicure at this clean, modern, welcoming environment and while my toes were drying my technician treated me to a shoulder massage! Best Nail Salon I've been to ever! Read Less
