I've been searching for a place to do my nails for a while. This place was clean and the staff was very nice. The technician that did my nails was nice and very gentle when filing my nails. I got a full set and she made sure I liked the design. Some of my nails were a little thick but over all not as bad as other places around town. She was very detailed in shaping them and cleaning the cuticles. The nail polish applying was okay she did miss some of the corners. A customer that was there had messed up her nails and they volunteered to fix it for her, she didn't have time so they put her polish apart for her to return the next day to get it fixed. Would not recommend this establishment if you are looking for a pleasant experience. My friends and I booked an appointment to get our nails done. I picked my color and was sat with the owner Hannah. I explained what I wanted and sat back and relaxed. Unfortunately, that didn't last long as I noticed her sloppy demeanor. She was "glueing" on my acrylic nails or seemed to be. The nails kept lifting because she didn't spend more than 2 second on them. I needed to stop her and ask if she can fix two lifted nails. I come to a nail salon to relax, not help my technician do their job. We proceeded with the appointment, and I was grinding my teeth. I've never had an acrylic set done so sloppily. My shapes and lengths were different on each finger. The polish went over my cuticles and onto my skin. Hannah had me go to the drying station before finishing my nails to begin someone else's. She than cane over and threw on a sloppy top coat. The top coat needed to be redone. I was fuming, I've never experienced such a poor job in six years. I went to Hannah and asked if she can fix my nails. She rudely spoke about me in front of me. She than told me that she didn't have time to fix my nails and I needed to come back another time. They're under new owner ship again since March. They have a Monday- Wednesday special for $30 regular mani/pedi and $45 for no chip mani/pedi. The salon isn't very glamorous compared to other ones in the area. As far as the cleanness it's OK. During my pedicure there was water on the floor coming from the bowl. You don't get a special massage during the pedicure just a salt scrub and a hot stone rock that literally lasts 2 min. My manicure turned out OK I asked for my nails to be filed down evenly and each nail was a different length. I wasn't very satisfied, however you pay for what you get. Read Less

Went to Hannah's for the first time with my sisters for some Mothers Day weekend pampering pedicures. Loved it.  Very large selection of polish colors. The employees were very sweet and is very reasonably priced. Cannot wait to go back, already scheduled my next appointment. Read Less

My two sisters, niece and I had a wonderful morning here. It was one of my sister's first time and she couldn't have been happier. I had just run a 5K so the warm foot soak was wonderful. I forgot to write down the name of the woman that took care of me. The foot massage she gave me just melted me. It was wonderful.We all loved the treatment we received and we were all very happy with the way our pedicures turned out. I live in Bolingbrook but I will go back to Hannah's again! Very disappointed by the quality of the mani/pedi I received at Hannah's. The pedicure included a cold foot bath, as I sat in an unwieldy massage chair with a non-functional controller, and unevenly applied nail polish. The manicure was a joke. I asked for rounded nails and got square, then asked her to correct them and got nails so raggedly filed I spent about an hour trying to even them out after I left. The nail polish was so poorly applied to my nails (uneven, edges unpainted, cuticles painted) that I finally just asked her to remove it altogether so I could paint my nails properly at home. Then the manicurist acted like she couldn't understand me, so another manicurist (maybe the manager or owner) came over and told me she would redo my nail polish really quickly, but by that time I was running late for something and needed to get going. I still paid $38 for the worst pedicure of my life, and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they didn't try to charge me for that awful manicure. A child seriously could have done a better job. I should have listened to my hair stylist and tried Broken Nail or Luv Nails. Read Less

I went here randomly one day for a basic manicure and never went back. The woman doing my nails chose to ignore my asking to be delicate around one of my nails which had a small cut around the cuticle. So, the remover stung. When she started clipping my cuticles she must've not know what she was doing because she clipped two different fingers so bad that they bled. She poured some unknown substance on to stop the bleeding which really hurt. Didn't even apologize or give me a refund. She also never soaked my fingers like real salons do. Read Less

I hadn't been here in at least a year, but it was the first place I thought of when we were looking for a place to walk-in for 3 of us. We all had super service, loved our colors, and nearly a week later, are still pleased with how our manis are holding up! The place has been much improved over recent years, more comfortable, more pleasant overall. An expanded selection of OPI and Essie colors, upgraded pedi chairs. Still very reasonable prices. The TV on the wall is not what I'd pick, but they were happy to turn it down when we asked. Read Less

My experience here was mediocre at best, but you get what you pay for. I went on a Monday and go the man-pedi special for $30 (and I'm used to spending $45 for just a pedicure). The salon is very basic, no frills, and not particularly attractive inside. The owner is very nice, however, and apologized for the fact that I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time for my services to begin.  An hour later, both my pedi and manicure were completed so this isn't the place to go if you want a luxurious spa-like treatment for either. It's a good place to go for frequent and inexpensive nail services but not someplace I would go to for a special treat.  They do have a parking lot next door which is convenient. Read Less

On a recent trip to visit one of my dearest friends, we set out for a little spring nail fixing up.  After one failed attempt at a walk-in down the street, we traveled back to Hannah's, located right by the Metra tracks, a stone's throw from the Stone Road La Grange Metra station.Both my friend and I were able to walk in for immediate pedicures.  They had an excellent selection of OPI and Essie colors (and didn't have a problem with my friend bringing her own color).  We snuggled into some very deep massage chairs for a relaxing late afternoon treat.The salon was very clean, and had one of those special heat cleaners for the instruments...I've heard enough infection horror stories that I generally don't go to a salon without them!  The nail techs were friendly and efficient, and I felt that they did a good job on each of us. $35 for a mani-pedi, a pretty standard deal.  however, they DO have a Monday-Tuesday special for $30 for the duo, if you happen to live in the area!If I'm even back in the burbs (well, La Grange!) and in need of some nail attention, I will definitely go back!
