Tried them out because I got a gift card for my birthday and my daughter wanted a pedicure for her birthday. There was paint all over her toes and I got a fill-in! Mine, you can see the divided line from where the space was between my previous nail where it grew out and two totally different tones of colors from the previous time to now I was very disappointed not worth the money! Wish I could post my pictures that I took of this crappy job on both me and my daughters nails! Not to mention when I walked in the door I said my daughter wanted a pedicure and he sat her in a chair to start on her fingernails. They apparently couldn't understand me and I definitely couldn't understand them! horrible experience of my life, the nail tech was falling asleep while he was doing my nails... and he kept hurting me , when i told him to stop hurting he got mad. i also had my daughter with me she wanted just a simple glitter color and they changed the color and didn't give her the color she wanted, they didn't even do what i wanted for my nails....never again. During my pedi the man needed a translator and burnt my feet really bad with the hot towel. Next I got "gel nails", the ends by my cuticles had ridges I had to file off and the sides were uneven. Paint was thin and see through on three nails and the tops were uneven from being shaped wrong. Middle nail broke off 1 week after and the rest look terrible now not even two weeks later. I stopped in tonight as I was traveling south, mostly because I needed a fill and it's right off the interstate near Walmart so I figured why not. It was around 6p Saturday night and the place was basically dead. Seeing how slow it was, I decided to get my usual fill and also treat myself to a pedicure. (assuming they had the time to do it)While sitting in the pedicure chair, I looked over the pedicure options on the tray mounted to the arm rest. I told the nice gentleman I would like the "tropical pedicure." He nodded and started working on my feet. He did a good job overall and I appreciated him taking his time and not cutting me at all. I guess, however, he forgot that I wanted the tropical pedicure and gave me just a regular pedicure instead. I'm pretty easy going about stuff like this, so as long as they only charged me for the regular pedi, then it's no big deal. (spoiler: they did)My fill was done by a different guy and, I don't know, part of it felt a little rushed. I asked him to cut my nails down, which he did, but I kind of wished he had cut them down a little more but I felt a little too intimidated to ask him to cut them down a little more, so I just let it go. The rest of my fill was pretty standard of all the places I've had this done.Overall, it was a nice experience. I liked the airbrushed mural back in the pedi area. NEVER AGAIN!!!  This place was horrible!!  At first, I kept an open mind, even though when I first walked in, I could not understand a word the staff was saying.  The first girl that took off my existing polish was very nice and helpful and only spoke in English.  During that time, however, one of the male staff members was working on another lady and when he did speak in English, he was swearing!  Then they moved me to another lady who I could not understand.  I told her I did not want my nails short, and she cut them too short.  Next, I simply wanted a french manicure.  She picked a pink color that was way too dark.  After the first coat, I told her it was too dark, she said it required another coat.  I refused and said it was too dark.  She said it would look better when she was finished.  Then she did the white tips, did not cover my entire tip and it was very uneven.  In addition, I do not believe the tools she was using was sterile.  I do not recall her taking anything out of a package or from any sterile solution.  Needless to say, I now have to go somewhere else to get this crap removed and redone.
