Don't bother on getting acrylics done here. They don't do a good job I've seen so many videos on nails and techniques and they're just not up to par. I guess mani/pedis and reg no chip they are good at. Just not adding extensions to your natural nails. They oversized the nail tip and they don't shape acrylics well. Also they get upset if you tell them to fix the job and speak in there language and you just know they are talking about you. Read Less

I don't know what those other folks are talking about..maybe competition in the area? This is a calm, soothing experience and I have had 3 different nail techs, all did a great job! I don't like my nails to look thick & fake, I  want them to look elegant. That's what I get at this salon. My nails look good, they stay nice for 2-3 weeks, and there is no music blaring, so I can relax. Don't go by what those other people said, or you'll miss a good experience. Read Less

DON'T waste your time or money!! I had the same experience as a previous person did. My toes were great but my no chip nails came off within a week!!! I have never had no chip before and it was the worst experience ever. When I went to them to explain what was happening they were very rude and did not offer anything as a solution. Horrible service, I'm very upset with my no chip manicure previously to coming here I had gel fake nails. Which they guy that did my nails saw , he did his thing and left most of the fake nail under. I even told him you missed a spot and he said i was fine. He finished the last coat and asked me if I liked it and my response was no! he told me it looked good that you could not tell theirs lumps under! Read Less

Very rude staff.. They don't even greet you when you walk in the door. Just grabbed my color and went to the back. The girl didn't really direct us where to go. So the pedicure itself was ok, felt like she was rushing. At that point I didn't care I wanted to get out of there. The girls were talking to each other and paused my pedicure to talk a lot. I felt like they didn't care if they had my business, like I was inconveniencing them.  It was very uncomfortable. It was so bad I didn't even tip. I NEVER not tip a nail salon. Thought I'd come in for the first time and get just a mani last minute while in the area. Let me tell you, first and last. got sat pretty quit and said hello to the guy who was gonna start my mani. And greeted him by saying that I had remembered him from the mall. So he began so cut my cuticles and OUCH!!! He cut a pretty big chunk out of my finger. Bled for about 15 minutes. Wouldn't stop bleeding. So he just kept pressure on squeezing it with a paper towel. I told him to let it air out. I was kinda upset but not to much. I'm a person not to complain. But I learned my lesson. He began to color my nail and colored the white nail polish over the dry blood. I was so upset. Very sloppy also. Nail polish didn't even last a day and all over my skin. He didn't even discount me on that cut but did apologize. I bled for a 2 whole straight days. As of now my finger is  and purple. I'm not sure if I should go in and really complain. Ran in here on a whim ~ ok a rush~ and I'm sad I did. It was about half an hour before closing but I just wanted a quick polish change. The guy doing nails near the front just said ok~ no direction~ so I chose a color & sat down. Waited ten minutes~ while I'm sitting two female employees are sitting in the pedi chairs in the back watching tv! Hello I'm sitting over here waiting! Finally the rude guy up front tells me to go back. I sit down, the female employee starts my color change~ no conversation~ with me that is. In Vietnamese she & her friend had a lovely conversation about my feet. I know this because they were leaning over my foot & poking at it & laughing. Ummmm ok I don't have the cutest feet but they aren't gross or anything! On a side note~ a lady getting her nails done, told the guy that was doing them that she would never be back & stormed out ~ nails undone! She had been sitting alone at the mani table when I came in & no one was working on her. Appears that the guy doing them went out side to smoke & left her just sitting there. When he came back in she got up washed her hands, went off on him & walked out!!Yup I won't be going back either!! Read Less

I've been going here every summer for the past five years for a pedicure every other week. Staff is friendly and usually attentive. Some are better than others for the leg massage. Place is good size, but there are times the wait will be long if you go on a Friday or Saturday. When my daughter comes in town for a visit we always go. I would recommend. Read Less

Scheduled an appointment for 4 pedicures on a Friday afternoon. Showed up early, no one greeted you or even acknowledged your presence. Signed in, picked out colors and waited. After 15 minutes of still no worker saying anything to us I went to ask about our appointment and how much longer it would be just to be told one minute. One of the worst nail experiences ever yet they were very rude. I came in on Sunday when they opened at 11. I was getting a no chip. The man put the foil on my fingers and then said he would be right back. He then started working on another women's manicure who came in after me she said she was in a hurry so they pushed me off to the side. I sat there for 20 min with the foil and solution on my nails which usually only sits for 5. Finally another women took the polish off and buffed my nails then said the man would paint them in a minute. 50 min from when i first arrived and 3 customers after me being worked on I left. I They really need to prioritize first come first served is how it should be. They never even apologized. I am now going to la petit nails by the Dominick's on 59 and they are much cleaner and friendlier. Read Less

Update: I had to update this review because I'm actually pretty mad. I got a no-chip mani last Thur, and by this Fri it already looked terrible! Two of my nails are cracked, and I'm so embarrassed to show my hands to anyone! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!! Don't waste your money!!!I have been to this place many times, and have mixed feelings. Standardly the service is ok, nothing too exciting or wonderful. However, yesterday I went in for a no-chip manicure and have 2 toes repainted from my pedicure I had done this past Saturday. Their brochure says the no-chip is $25, but he charged me $35. I can understand charging $5 to fix 2 toes, but $10?? That's a little absorbent! And the nail tech became upset when I told him I didn't have cash! Sorry, didn't realize it was a sin to not carry cash anymore! They're prices are great and neither is the service, so I probably won't ever go back there. Read Less
