STAY AWAY. I had gone for a birthday treat, and boy did I get a surprise a few days later on my credit card statement. They had written in their own tip on top of the twenty I had already given them. They had added an additional twenty to my card. FORTY DOLLARS IS MORE THAN HALF OF WHAT THE SERVICES COST. I had my credit card company send me a receipt and indeed it is not my handwriting. So my advice is to AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I always see these kind of stories online, but I never thought something like this would happen to me. I am in disbelief in their dishonesty and integrity. What has me upset is not the money that I am cheated out of, but the lying and dishonesty that was displayed in this act. I hope that in posting this, it will not happen to any future customers. The guy Kenny did a horrible job. He clearly doesn't know what he was doing. It took him more the 25 minutes just to put the acrylic on my nails. They were bulky and completely uneven. Not the shape I asked for. I even showed him a picture! High prices for a horrible job. Read Less

First and foremost, I am a repeat customer of this location. The lady who I loved and he did my nails all the time, moved to Florida about a month ago. The last time I went (which was yesterday) was the worse experience ever! I came for a soak off, pedicure and manicure. First, the manicure and soak off. Terrible. I kept having to tell them I did not want a no-chip polish. "You sure?" "It's better!" "It will last longer." "You always get it!"  I know what I want and what I asked for. I almost felt I had to explain why I didn't want no-chip polish. The couple fingers that still had acrylic - he just ripped them off - THAT IS NOT A SOAK OFF. Then he did not smooth the previous no chip completely off before polishing. (See picture)Meanwhile, through the very rushed manicure he kept jerking my hand and arm to move them rather than asking and then he had pushed my other arm. VERY RUDE. I'm not sure his name but he has never serviced me before and never will again!The pedicure, done my an older man, was fine. Nothing bad. Also nothing spectacular. However while in the middle of my second coat of polish, he got up and another lady took over. No one said anything to me. Again very rude. So now, three different people have worked on my hands and feet. My feet are ok but my hands look like an amateur did them, not a professional. Read Less

They are very understaffed and did a rush job on my nails, while this is not there fault, as like i said they are severely understaffed my biggest issue is that i asked for gel nails and paid the higher price but later on with research i found out that what i actually recieved was acrylic. Gel nails are never done with a powder like substance. In short I was ripped off Not only did i recieve uneven rushed nails But i paid gel nail prices for acrylic nails.. Read Less

I have been here several times and I always leave happy. The staff is very friendly. One time I brought in my granddaughter and she is only 5 and they were so sweet to her. Will definitely use them again Read Less

I love John John n his wife very attentive, funnY, great prices, very knowledgeable and always in tuned with what's trending now. His wife does an amazing pedicure and John will tell you what's healthy or not for your nails. The atomosphere is weird. There is no price list as to how much anything is. He dropped one of his tools on the floor and continued to use it. I went to cosmetology school and one big emphasis is that if it hits the floor it's no longer sanitary!! Then he was telling my friend how this older lady commented how thin her legs were but it was really creepy like he was trying to hit on her. I yelled ouch many times as he was rough and then he claimed I was sensitive. I've never yelled ouch anywhere else and my friend can testify for that!!!! He stopped many times to watch the foot ball game. I felt cheated on my massage as he would just stop and watch the game. Dont waste your time and money here. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I felt manhandled. Lady who did my pedicure must have been in a bad mood. She wouldn't look at me directly just kept pushing my feet in the water bin. I felt uncomfortable. She wasn't gentle, actually i dont think she's been doing nails long. She seemsed so unexperienced. Anyway, atmosphere is uncomfortalbe, they have their computer running on vietnameese soap operas, all you hear is crying. NOT RELAXING AT ALL. I got a sitter for this? When she went to do my manicure, I couldn't hold back anymore. She grabed my hand like she was forced to do it and then i asked her "Do you like your job? Because you don't seem happy?" and of course that's when it went downhill. I hate going to these places where these foreign people are giving a service. I am not racist. All I want is a friendly, relaxing place. I dont need to hear their soap operas, I dont mind their music, All i want to do is relax, i dont need to hear them talking in their language when they speak english but hey continue to speak vietnamese. Why are you taking our money when you only give a shtty service? She took 12 mins tops on my feet. I will pay $50 for a pedicure when i get good service. All i want is good service.
