Worst place ever the customer service was dreadful I drove an hour away the male nail tech was arguing with a previous customer while doing my nails
I asked a few questions about a nail style he then cut all of the nails off and said bye girl
I would never think in 2018 that I would only be acknowledged as a girl
Not a woman that is a certified medical assistant
I thought slavery was over
If you would like to experience it this is the best place to go
My 4yr old daughter was also with me I hate the fact that she had to witness how cruel people in this world can and would be
As of now all I can and will do is pray about this situation

Love this nail shop!!! They are under new management. I recommend them if you want a pedicure!!!!! They do an excellent job!!!! They take their time and get your feet nice and smooth!!!!

I was a little scared going to a new place at first (new owners) but everyone was super friendly and welcoming upon walking in. I feel bad because I was unsure the look I wanted 😩 but my nail tech (Tom) was patient with me. (Thanks) I ended up with a beautiful shaped coffin nail to my perfection with a gel coat/ peach color/chrome overlay, he absolutely snapped on my nails!!! I’m overly picky and he didn’t seemed bothered one bit ! I’ll be back! 🤗

Kim did a horrible job on my nails. Very sloppy work and she cut my finger. Also my no chip Polish started pilling off the next day. I wouldn’t Recommend anyone to go here.Very Unprofessional

Very busy but they work amazingly fast. Had a wonderful conversation with one of the woman who did my pedicure. She even was knowledgeable about a allergic reaction I had from a different salon. Worth the wait. My new favorite spot when I visit my family in Joliet :)

Terrible job. She cut my nails down too short after I specifically said I liked them long. The gel was globbed on too thick and not sanded enough so they looked lumpy. They didn't use the appropriate...
Terrible job. She cut my nails down too short after I specifically said I liked them long. The gel was globbed on too thick and not sanded enough so they looked lumpy. They didn't use the appropriate uv light for the no chip polish so it didn't cure properly. They sent me out with the nails still tacky so they ended up looking dull and collecting dust and lint. NEVER AGAIN. I only gave 1 star because there was nothing lower.

I recently had my nails did here again and this nail salon is still by far the best one in the area. The price is very cheap yet their service is superb. Other places do not have the same warm atmosphere and also deliver in a proffesional manner. I will continue to come to Nail Xpo because my experience with them have always been positive. The owner's also remodeled the salon and it looks very nice. I will be posting picture of the salon soon.

I was a little scared going to a new place at first (new owners) but everyone was super friendly and welcoming upon walking in. I feel bad because I was unsure the look I wanted 😩 but my nail tech (Tom) was patient with me. Terrible job. She cut my nails down too short after I specifically said I liked them long. The gel was globbed on too thick and not sanded enough so they looked lumpy.
