I've been coming here since they first opened. They do a great job at a fair price. My nails will last at least 2 weeks before I feel like I need a little touch up (and I'm pretty picky). My new favorite nail salon. Hollie was wonderful. She understood exactly what I wanted, and we had a nice conversation. My no chip manicure looks beautiful. The removal of my old no chip, and the new manicure, took only an hour, when I have spent longer at other salons. The quality is better, as well. I will be back, for sure! Read Less

I've been to many many nail salons but this one is at the very top of the list! First time I went in I fell in love, everyone was sooo nice, they care about your nails as if they were their own. I had Hollie do my acrylic no chip and she did such an amazing job! I did get 1 broken nail by my own fault the week after, and when I went in to get it fixed they didn't even charge me. If I could give them zero stars I would. I made a 2pm appointment and showed up at 2pm. Sat there for 30 mins before asking how much longer it would be. I was told it would be another 20 min wait. WHY WOULD YOU SCHEDULE ME A 2PM APPOINTMENT IF YOU WERE GOING TO MAKE ME WAIT FOR ALMOST AN HOUR BEFORE EVEN STARTING! If no one was going to be available at that time, you should have said "We're booked until 3pm can you come then?". I went here for a gel manicure and it chipped within three days. I also had to pay more to get my cuticles pushed back and the full luxuries of a standard manicure (i.e.  Buff, hand massage, cuticles etc) I believe it is $30 for them to file and paint your nails and $35 for a full manicure. I love this place!! So clean and friendly! I went in there without an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon with my friend! We each wanted a manicure and we were placed with a husband and wife couple! I'm so sorry I don't recall their names but they were so friendly and accommodating!! We even saw their family Christmas photo! They're so sweet and we got a complimentary lotion! We will be back!! Went in for a no-chip and all they did was paint my nails - no actual manicure came with it. Just the polish but yet they charged me FULL price.  I felt like my being there was an inconvenience and they could not get me out fast enough. Would never patronize this nail salon again. One of the best places I've went to around crystal lake/Huntley. It's a nice environment and pleasant experience, I don't give it 5 stars because the lady I had doing my pedicure seemed in a rush. But my nails look good one of them was smeared while she put my shoes on but over all I would go again. Also they didn't have a good selection of nail polish. Read Less

I am in town from Phoenix, AZ and my mom took me here. Before we arrived she raved about it and when we walked in it was everything I had expected and more. The staff was so friendly and the place was very clean and relaxing! I was being very indecisive about what kind of no-chip manicure I should get and my nail tech helped me out so much! She gave me suggestions and tried different things out. She took her time to make sure each nail was perfect and that I was happy. It was very reasonably priced and the BEST manicure I've ever had! This place was over priced (15 for a manicure).  The nail polish is all old and thinned out. The manicure was below average - ask to go short and asked 2 more times to go shorter. The hand massage was basically nonexistent (no pressure) and super short (about 1 min per hand). I had to ask to paint the side of the nail on 2 different fingers bc she missed. She put so much top coat on it was practically dripping off and took forever to dry. Being new to the area I looked on a lot of web sites for a nail salon. Lotus Spa had the most recomendatons and highest score. Needless to say I was very unimpressed and unsatisfied. I made an appointment, but still had to wait. The nail color selection was seriously lacking. The colors they did have were old and dried out. I told the nail tech how I like my nails and he did not do what I asked. A lot of my nails we uneven and didn't match with the other nails. I've had gel nails for years and I've never had them be so thick and misshapen. I asked for them to be fixed and it wasn't done to my likeing. I ended up leaving disappointed.
