Asked for color match and of course I get outside and they don't. Promptly asked the manager and he says you pick out the color? Yes and you said you could color match, they don't match. Just a shrug of his shoulders. No offer to fix a refund nothing. Thought I had found a new salon, I guess not. I wouldn't recommend a place that refuses to fix their mistake. Read Less

I will be back! This had to be one of the most relaxing pedicures I have ever experienced! Not only was the nail technician skilled, courteous and empathetic, he gives a great foot and leg massage too! The ambience of the salon is right on all the way to the pedicure area being only dimly lit to ensure relaxation. No television here but gentle instrumental (recognizable) music - an eclectic collection from contemporary to classic -- truly enjoyable! Now let's talk about ...the massage chair - FABULOUS! I forgot another "different" item - when you walk in, rather than the usual shout out "Pick your color!" - you are handed a "color wheel" with each shade neatly numbered. You take the wheel with you and, at your leisure while sitting in your massage chair with the warm water swirling around your ankles, you make a decision on what color you would like your wonderful toes to be - ahhhh - and then when the technician asks, you simply provide the number! Went here on Thursday for the first time to get a no chip manicure. Waited 30 to 45 minutes for them to soak my polish off (they took a customer who walked in after me first)but I was trying to be patient. It was worth it when I met Lee who was very friendly and very polite talked to me the whole time while getting my nails done. Unfortunately my no chip chipped on Saturday, so I went back on Sunday to get my nails fixed. The man that asks can you help you told me that I wou...ld need to come back the next day. I work a job where my hands are constantly in sight of people. When I explained to him that my schedule during the week is very busy and I wouldn't be able to come back during the week the only thing he offered was me to sit and wait but there's 5 people in front of them and they are very busy and he doesn't know how long I would have to wait.
