As a walk-in, this place isn't streamlined. One person does your manicure and another for your pedicure. I have no chip on my nails, so I would like to soak it off while getting my pedicure. Don't know who is doing my manicure, so soaking it off isn't an option. The manager was of no help. She doesn't know who is doing it either. Aren't you in charge ma'am? I'll try another place when I need a quick mani and pedi.

This was my first visit to this Nail Salon and we only went there because my late aunt went there with her daughter all the time and we had a girls outing to prepare for her service later that week. We did have a private room and didn't wait any time to be seated for our appointment of 7+ ladies. I enjoyed the massage chair and salt scrub. The no chip manicure I received was alright but not the splendor I'm used to from my normal shop. My nails are naturally long and were cut way too short even after I asked for them to only be trimmed slightly. My cousin also came across some issues with a tech who started to do her nails but then left her and saw another customer after only applying one nail on her hand. We were there from 2pm until 6pm even though we all started our pedicures at the same time. I also found the services to be a little expensive especially considering we brought such a large group, very disappointing. We will only come here again in honor of my late aunt. That is pretty much it.

Ok I have been coming to this place for years now and have never given it a review. But because my work has caused me to get pedicures in other places lately I feel the need to speak of this place! It is beyond awesome. The experience they have and the way my toes feel after their pedicures is epic! Thank you for always making my daughter and my experience very great! Patty and Karina!

The decor and design of the shop is beautiful but I was HORRIFIED by the lack of professionalism of the nail techs. They were complaining loudly about clients referring to them as the "B" word and dropping F bombs. Lack of respect for the patrons and very rude and arrogant attitude. They did a decent job on my nails but will not patronize since clearly they showed no respect towards me or the other customers.

I’ve been coming here for years . The place is beautiful and clean a lot of talented people. Lisa does the best no chip manicure and pedicure and is very respectful. The only thing that I can’t stand is the new receptionist with her nasty attitude on the phone and in person she stands there like she’s beign punished or something . I had to wait over and hour once because she didn’t schedule my appointment and I don’t understand how she won’t schedule appointments on weekends there is only a few techs that I like and I would like my nails done by them not someone else! Unfortunately I will have to go somwhere else if I can’t get my nails done by my techs.

Worst place I have ever had my nails done! I get Infills every 4-6 weeks from a place in Stockton and I thought I would try somewhere closer to home. I have been getting them I filled for 6 month and my nails had grew lovely and long. Now they are a mess. The man who filed my old off filed them right down to my natural nail (never have previous- just the top coat) then applied too close to my skin! Making all around my nail and cuticle very sore - I’ve had to file around the...m myself to relive the pain ! The gel had leaked all around the edges too and all of the nails are uneven ! They are all different shapes and wonky ! Do not go here if you want nice nails !! They cost me £25 for a INFILL!! And now I’m going to have to have them taken off !! See more

Hate to pull the race card, but based on all the reviews I have read so far it seems like all the nail techs get lazy when the black women come in for services. Do these people not realize that we (us) have completely revolutionized they're nail business?? Just because your salon may present itself pretty doesn't give you right to do a poor job or get lazy when we come in for services. dollars speak the same language so you should have integrity for every woman who wants a service from your eatablishment. From the lady with the chipped nail polish photos to the tech ignored her loyal and faithful client. I review these for this exact reason!! I was going to take myself and my daughter out for a spa day but l won't waste my time here. Thank you ladies for your honesty. I DO KNOW of a black girl nail tech you can find on instagram. She's great. I wasn't going to go because she's so expensive. But as the saying goes...u get what you pay for.

I absolutely love this place. All the techs are great, the shop is very clean and organized. The pedi chairs are of high quality so it's very comfortable. My pedicure always last so long.

My biggest issue with this establishment is there are no signs or anything with prices. I should have took that as a sign to leave. I was charged $35 for an acrylic fill in with no chip....by far the ...
My biggest issue with this establishment is there are no signs or anything with prices. I should have took that as a sign to leave. I was charged $35 for an acrylic fill in with no chip....by far the most I have ever had to pay for a fill in. Once I got home I noticed the sides of my nails were jagged and basically no polish on the sides of the nails. I had to use a nail file to fix all the jagged sides. The only reason I didn't give this 1 star is the pedicure was good. My first time coming here and it will be my last.
Update: the no chip is chipping 2 days later smh

As a walk-in, this place isn't streamlined. One person does your manicure and another for your pedicure. I have no chip on my nails, so I would like to soak it off while getting my pedicure. Don't know who is doing my manicure, so soaking it off isn't an option. The manager was of no help. She doesn't know who is doing it either. Aren't you in charge ma'am? I'll try another place when I need a quick mani and pedi.

I was charged $35 for an acrylic fill in with no chip....by far the most I have ever had to pay for a fill in.
