I have to say I absolutely 100% agree with Jillian's review. I LOVE Oksana. She is one of the most kindess and friendly people I know. I have been going to her for about 3 years now and the travel is worth it. She does amazing nails and is always in good spirits I'm so glad I found her. I enjoy going to this salon because of her. I absolutely LOVE this salon. OKSANA is the best nail technician around. It is no coincidence that she has a loyal client base. I have been going to her religiously for over four years now, and will never go anywhere else. Even when I moved to the city, I made the trip every two weeks to come here. I know several of her clients who feel the same way. The prior review which called her "racist" couldn't be further from the truth. Oksana treats everyone with respect and works extremely hard to accommodate her clients. I think it is beyond disrespectful to call somebody racist simply because things may not have gone your way! I have NEVER witnessed anything even close to this from Oksana, or any of the other wonderful ladies who work here. Everyone at Pure Salon treats you like family from the second you walk through the door. Please do not listen to a disgruntled customer who is looking to start trouble. The loyal following should speak volumes for the type of establishment this salon truly is. Good luck finding somewhere to get your nails done by a LICENSED PROFESSIONAL in a clean and friendly environment for a fair price. Oksana is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I could not remember my appointment and I kept calling the salon all day without anybody picking up, finally I left a voicemail at 2:00pm... She calls me back at 6:30pm telling me I missed my appointment and ACCUSING me of making up excuses for not coming in. Accused me of not calling to cancel when I didn't want to cancel, I wanted to know when my appointment was. I suggested they do a courtesy call to clients a day before, with a huge attitude she told me she will not do that and it's not her responsibility and then HUNG UP on me! I got this deal on Groupon so I was really excited to try out a new salon. I called Groupon, cancelled this deal and I will not be going there.
