Terrible service, disrespectful employees! I got a no chip manicure here and multiple nails chipped with in one or two days. I chose the no chip manicure because I was going to a wedding that weekend. I called back to see if I could get them redone. The very rude employee told me I could not get a refund or a discount! If I could post no stars I would, I just moved back to the area and I decided to try this place out with mySister and they did a horrible job on both our nails, mine were all uneven and the paint came off the next day, my sisters were very sloppy and paint all over her fingers, mine were also very sharp and ruff, I went back to see if they would do anything and started to yell and people started to even leave the store, this place is very unprofessional and I would never recommend it. I went in for a polish change and their price board said 8.00 for a polish change. I sat down with a young man and received the service and when I was done he told me 10.00. I said to him the board said 8.00. He said no 10 dollars. He added his own tip. I got home and called the owner and asked how much for a polish change and she said 8.00. I told her that her employee told me ten. he added a tip automatically. I told her to fire him for stealing. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SALON EVER. Read Less

I used to only get them done by Van but I once went last minute & it happened to be her day off so someone else did my mani/pedi, his name was Tom I believe?? I've tried multiple nail techs there. I have been going to Magic Nails for about 2 years now. The location is really close to my house which is convenient and they always have appointment time openings which is nice when you are in a hurry or last minute. I only go to two of the nails techs there. Vincent or Van. Both are wonderful. Vincent usually takes care of me. He is very precise and my no chip that he does for me lasts about 3.5 weeks. Prices are reasonable. I am not as much of a fan of the pedicures there. They have a large variety of colors for no chip manicures too which is great! Read Less

I have been going there for about a year and they have gone down hill. I will NEVER go back. They are VERY rude and my nails were so nasty the last time I got them done there. They aren't very clean with their work and I had to peel the Acrylic off my skin. Got a no chip manicure at this salon and they did a great job.  Nice and thin!  Its been  9 days and there is no sign of peeling yet.  I have no doubt that they will last at least 2 weeks on my fast growing nails.  My mom has had a no-chip here and it has lasted at least 3 weeks on her.  VERY impressed with my manicure.  Will be going back when I'm back in town! I have never been here before and I will NEVER go back! I got a pedicure on Saturday and I now have a rash all over my legs. Needless to say, I am furious. I went to the dermatologist yesterday, who confirmed that the rash is from the pedicure because their water was dirty. I am beyond disgusted. After my copay and prescriptions (yes, multiple) this has turned into a $100+ pedicure. And I still may need an oral antibiotic. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Read Less

I LOVE coming here to get my nails done.  The service is amazing...they give the best hand and foot massages!  You never have to wait long, and they just recently added more tables and pedicure stations.  The best part are the prices b/c they are very reasonable- $35 for a manicure & pedicure.  Talk about a deal!
