This place is not very friendly. I've been in there a couple of times, and unless you are a "regular" there, they treat you like a secondhand citizen, talking over and around you. I wish I could remember the young lady's name who did my nails last time. She is the reason I am giving this place 3 stars. She was the only one I've seen in this place who was kind to me and actually spoke to me. Went with one of my best friends, the 2 people that took care of us made us feel like we were the most important people in the room the entire time, went back multiple times, sometimes with same friend, sometimes with others, and even times by myself, always thoroughly enjoyed my visits. But make an appointment ahead of time! They love taking walk ins, but their business has grown so much over the years that it is simply just not as easy for them to make quality time with walk ins like they use to. Read Less

Started going there after my car accident as my shoulder was braced. They were so helpful, careful, and gentle as the helped me into and out of the pedi chair. They did my right hand up in the air, right where it was in the brace and never let me feel that I was too much trouble. Clean, professional, happy, and interactive manicurists! I received a high quality manicure and pedicure exactly as I wanted. Let me preface this with the fact that I have never reviewed a place online before. Thst being said. I have gone to a lot of nail salons in my life, and never left as happy as today. As soon as I entered I was greeted with a warm hello. Even though I didn't have an appointment they were friendly and asked me to wait in one of their divine massage chairs. They have 9 set up in the front room facing a large flat screen (like theatre setting). I had a short wait (I could have waited longer in the chair ☺) Steven sat me down and started working on my nails (I was getting a full set) and the main greeter was very friendly sat down at another station and asked if I had been the before, and how I heard of them and thanked me for coming in and giving them a try. Steven did my nails beautifully, other places I have been nicked and cut my skin, have ended up with crooked nails or really thick nails that do not feel natural; but not here. He took his time, they are thin (but not too thin), they are straight. They are beautiful! He even made sure that I knew that if I didn't like something I needed to tell him. It's All About You is the nicest salon I've ever visited. The staff is friendly, the salon is very clean, and the services they provide are phenomenal. Their pedicure is the best I've ever had, complete with a massage, cooling gel, hot towels and a hot stone massage. It's the most relaxing pedicure. Lee, one of the nail techs, does an outstanding job. He is extremely thorough and will make your nails look fantastic each and every time. Even the receptionist is friendly and very accommodating. She is always willing to help with color suggestions. Even if you don't live in highland, going to this salon is worth the drive. There is not a salon comparable within 30 miles. Read Less

My first time here and all i can say is AMAZING. I was visiting relatives in town and was recommended this salon. Even with Christmas right around the corner, they were able to take me in and greeted me with the utmost courtesy. My pedicure was awesome and relaxing.
