I’m honestly confused about why this place was given such high ratings when it’s absolute trash. The place itself was clean but service couldn’t have been any worse. It was my first time coming here and I got a pedicure. I was cut multiple times and the lady left nail polish residue all over my skin even when I asked her to clean it up. The shape was different for each nail and she didn’t put enough coats of the color for it to turn out properly. I need to plug Queens Nails in Highland Park. I am 44 1/2 years old. I have been a biter, picker since I was in 2nd grade...... and an extremely problematic person to do nails for. Like the worst of the worst. My nails have never reflected how how I feel confidence wise and often I go at them because I am bored.............in the recent years I have gotten to understand that the biting and picking is a form of OCD. I am not OCD across the board, but this is definitely OCD. If they don't look or feel perfect I bite or pick them. Whether it's acrylic lifting, no chip, regular manicures.So, thanks to a friend who also picked whose nails look awesome (not nearly as bad as me), she told me to get my nails dipped at this place........I have gone to Queens Nails for 4 nail dippings for three weeks, faithfully, and my nails look UNREAL. Like can not even believe they are my nails unreal.
