Very rude man...made me feel like a bother for being determined what color I wanted for nails and the pedicure done by older women was terrible. I had to come home find a color to match and fix a toe that was painted lightly. Also they had a horror movie on tv that was repulsive. Not relaxing at all...not worth what they charged. Never again! When this place first opened it was good, now they are in it for the money..I too had my nail drilled through to my bare skin and eventually it got infected and turned green !! I went back thinking maybe they had changed, but to my horror they were worse. Needless to say I NEVER went back. In my opinion this place doesn't even deserve a star at all! I witnessed the most ridiculous display of customer service at this place today. While trying to relax and enjoy a day with my mother and daughter I had to listen to 3 workers argue repeatedly with raised tones and throwing hands up in front of my 10 year old daughter. It was ridiculous. Then they started on my moms feet and then just stopped in the middle of it to help a walk in customer and my mom sat there for at least 30 minutes without them finishing her feet for which we had scheduled appointments for! Then after me saying something, the lady got frustrated didn't do my moms toes or nails the way she wanted and she was rushing and throwing around containers like she was angry. My moms nails were awful! Not even one of them thanked us for coming or treated us with respect while we were there. Oh annnnnnd the price was ridiculous $148 for just me and my daughter to get nails and toes done is ridiculous! And then charged me another $1.00 to use their credit card machine! She was very pleasant when I added waxing services at the last minute and didn't rush to get me done. I will definitely be back for another facial and bring my husband for the men's facial. This place has NO customer service. My sister booked us an appointment for while she was here on vacation. Today my car was broken into and all of our belongings, including all our money and credit cards, were stolen. She called the spa to cancel the appointment because she has no way to pay for it. They then told her that they were still going to charge her credit card 100% because that's their policy. She wasn't asking for her deposit back, just to cancel the appointment. The manager obviously had no empathy for the situation and still wanted to charge her $200+. I will NEVER go to this place. It's disgraceful. Read Less

I am giving this spa the lowest rating because of their horrible policies and customer service. I am on vacation in NC and wanted to surprise my sister with a spa day so I booked ahead of time and paid my deposit to hold the appointment. Unfortunately today my car was broken into and everything was stolen, all my money, all my credit cards, my ID and everything else I had in my purse. I called Sorella to explain the situation and attempted to cancel my appointment, the girl w...ho answered told me she would check with the manager and call me back. Upon getting a return call I was informed that the manager was not going to wave any cancellation fees and was going to charge me the full prices for the services, services I was not going to be able to have due to having my money stolen and only being in town for a short period. I had a horrible experience. When I got there I waited 7 minutes for someone To come out from the back room. I told the man what I wanted and a woman told me to sit down for my pedicure which was OK. Well another woman started doing my nails while the other one was doing my feet. When I was done with the pedi I sat in the chair for my tips to be done and all rudeness broke out! The man didn't tell them I wanted tips so she was doing a manicure and I said no I want tips. She proceeds to tell me I needed manicure not tips. It's was rude. I was getting my tips done and my hands were getting tossed back and forth getting pulled and so were my fingers. I paid for a manicure I never wanted plus the tips and pedicure. They were rude and over charged me for something I never wanted. My tips are funky looking and my color on the toe nails don't match my tips?! I will not go back. Oh and my fingers were bleeding from the drill. I don't recommend this place at all. Better service and friendlier people at Walmart nail salon. Read Less

I always get great service at Sorella. The staff is always kind and helpful. One of the things I love is that the staff helps each other without being asked. If they see something that needs to be taken care of, they just do it. I highly recommend Sorella Day Spa! Read Less

This was my third visit. My first visit was a facial for mothers day a year ago and that was great. Recently my boyfriend sent me and the person who gave me a massage talked the entire time which made it hard for me to relax. I have went to this place twice rude pretend cannot follow instructions. Made toes and feet bleed. I am in a wheelchair had to beg a ride there with toenails not cut in months as I can not on own. They refused to service me claiming no time. However all pedi chairs but one empty had one customer other with manicure. If can't run that any remove excess chairs u can serve or hire people. Visited for the first time today. I had a birthday package and it was amazing. The service was excellent. Each person that helped me asked my name and they were all very pleasant. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was the polish on my nails is just okay, it has what looks like ripples on some parts. BUT I'm sure that if I would have said something when it was being done they would have taken care of it. I just didn't mind it as much at the time. I wanted 2 colors of gel. He told me he didn't have time (I made an appointment for this). Finally he did it and they looked horrible. It cost me $40. Two days later my niece sent to get the same thing done with an appointment. Again they didn't have time and told her it would be $75 dollars! Other people have gone and their nails break right away.
