This place is very unprofessional. I waited 30 minutes for them to do my nails and was not told I had to wait this long. In addition, they do not clarify the pricing. Got charged 10$ to remove acrylic without telling me there was an extra fee for it. When I addressed this issue they simply said that I could have looked it up on their price board. Also, the lady doing my nails kept pulling my arm and was not gentle at all. She left paint all over my hand and around my nail. Also, she spilled the container of nail polish removal all over my phone and wallet and didn't even apologize for it. PLEASE READ You literally need an appointment so you won’t be waiting there to get your nails done for ONE HOUR people kept going in and I think they had appointments and they took so long to take me and keep in mind it was my first time going there very very very bad experience there then when they took me a girl with clearly NO EXPERIENCE WAS DOING MY NAILS she could glue on the tips they kept falling off and they charge way to much and they didn’t give me what I wanted also while I was there I was like 3 girls leave and they weren’t happy with what they got it was a guy doing her nails definitely wouldn’t recommend. UPDATE: Last time i was there was about 11 moths ago, today i decided to get my nails done, since i was in a rush i decided to go back. As soon as i walked in no one greeted me nor acknowledge me. I told the lady i needed a fill in, she looked at me and said "we are busy, sorry" and looked away. Made me feel as if i was asking for a favor. She could've said come back in an hour or wait... previously gave them a review and i gave them 2 starts, well now they get 1. Please go somewhere where they appreciate your business. Mai is really nice nice, she always does a great job and is kind. The rest of them are kinda rude, one lady with black hair was really rude and rough She cut my finger really deep and didn't apologize!! She charged me 35 and said it was cheap. Customer service was good, not a long wait! But the real problem was when I made it home from this nail shop my no chip was all bubbles up and has ripples on it. My acrylics are also different lengths and crooked on one of my hands. If I did not live so far, I would have turned back! If I could give it no stars I would. Read Less

They do take appointments, but that doesnt mean you wont be waiting for atleast 20 minutes.  they do a pretty good job for the most part.  They talk alot between themselves.  I asked the nail tech to make my nails more narrow and she only fixed one. I dont think ill be going back. Read Less

I've been coming to Lily nails for a few months now because it is so close to home. Dao and Lany (sp?) usually do my nails and they are both great. Laid back atmosphere and everyone is so nice. They always seem to be busy so I usually call to make an appointment. I highly recommend them! Read Less

I have been coming to Lilly nails since I was 14 and ALWAYS have they treated me like family. They are ALL very kind and welcoming but Tina is my absolute favorite. She always asks if I am comfortable, offers me chocolate, and ALWAYS makes sure I leave satisfied and that my nails are fabulous!!!! I've been here 3 times now since moving to the area and can definitely say I'm a fan! I typically call ahead to see if they can take me as I only live about 5 minutes away. While they are always busy when I am there, I have never had to wait more than about 5 minutes. My only complaint is that I wish the massages for the pedicures were longer and firmer. Where do I begin?! 1st visit-impressed, 2nd visit- less impressed, 3rd visit- ugh must u try 2 up sell me add-ons? I'm trying to relax! & the tech kept trying to get me to pay for something I didn't want. With every "No thx" came another offer. Although she wasn't rude about it, she was pretty annoying (sorry). Of all 3 visits I only liked my nails once. Pedicure was 2 fast all 3 times & my no chip didn't last more than 8 days, but given I use my hands A LOT @ both work & home I didn't complain, even though I've had my no chip last longer from other salons. Don't think I'd go back even though it's a hop, skip, jump away from home. I'd prefer 2 drive a little further, & pay a little more. AVOID!! Horrible service! Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, since on my first visit my daughter and I were walk-ins. We were told it would be only 20 minutes, but it actually took 1 hr. to be seated in a pedi chair then another 30- 40 minutes to begin. We were there for almost 3 hours!! Yesterday we had appointments at 7 PM. We arrived early at 6:30. We were both seated by 7:05, which was AWESOME!! But it went downhill after that. The technician did not even start o...n my pedi until close to 8 (which is their closing time) My daughter was done with her pedi and on to her mani, when mine was just beginning. The woman Miranda was trying to be pleasant but in a huge rush. She kept stabbing me with the cuticle pusher and made me bleed. I told her that it was hurting a lot and she says no "a little". Really?!?! Anyway, to make a long story short- Instead of having a nice relaxing time and walking out with a beautiful nails, I was super stressed and was in pain...AND the next day (today) 5 of my nails are peeling!!! Avoid! Avoid! avoid! Horrible customer service I got my nails done on Saturday one of them broke/no chip chipped. I went back to get it fixed I had to wait about 20/25 minutes for somebody to fix one! And I mean one nails and on top of it- I had to pay five dollars for something that should've been free...:/ awful awful awful and one more time awful customer service ... three of the people start talking back to me like I was nothing that should've never happened! I can complain if I don't like the shape. Right? I asked the girl to shape as all my other nails are. But the technician decided to make it round instead of squared. I was a customer for four years every two weeks and always happy with the work, however I was there at least two hours each time. My last time there I was already there 1 1/2 hrs after a pedicure then still need a fill and was told I would have to wait another 10 minutes, that was it for me, got into it with owner and walked out, I was a loyal regular customer and tipped well and to he treated like that was unacceptable, I now go to 4 Seasons Nails in Streamwood and they know my name and address me as such, one thing Likys did not do, I'm much happier with this salon Read Less
