I’ve been going to Luxor every two weeks for several years now. Chris is fantastic with my manicure. He does a gel nail with no chip polish. He’s very detail oriented which I love. I have an allergy to standard top coats and the owners Chris and Stephanie went above and beyond to find an alternate organic top coat that would work for me. All of the staff is very friendly and they take pride in ensuring their spa is very clean and all their tools are properly cared for. I would highly recommend Luxor. Read Less

Not somewhere I will go again. My girls and I have been here about 10 times.  They overbook you each time you make an appt. sometimes one person starts and then another one finishes your pedicure, and another will do your manicure- so how many people do you tip??  The only nail technician we like and are confident in is Katie.  Otherwise your nails will not be fully covered with nail polish.  They do such a crappy job.  The polishes must be old as well.  It's unfortunate because we live right in town. Honestly, my pedicure was fine.  But I went in after a very stressful couple of weeks to relax and be pampered.  I was not even asked what kind of pedicure I wanted (the works!) and was rushed through with a basic so she could get to the lady who came in after me who supposedly had an appointment.  Slam, bam, thank you ma'am.  I'll be very disappointed if this polish peels off in a few days, but unfortunately, I won't be here to complain. My friend and I went in to have a no-chip manis done and we had Jen and Marie, respectively. Granted, it was during the middle of the afternoon on a Thursday and we both really liked the techs we had. This place came highly recommended so I made an appointment for myself and daughter to get a mani/pedi. Showed up on time but it was 1215 pm before we were even greeted by a tech. The three other walk-ins (and I know this because I overheard them say no to having an appointment) were in chairs being worked on before us. Our water was cold with our feet before they began. The techs were both very nice I must say and I told her about my disappointment and she said she was sorry... and they have no control but the man who's name I forgot was in charge of that. However, she was able to help with removing a pesky ingrown but managed to cut me on my big toe with the cheese grater. She never even told me. I kept feeling a stinging sensation on my foot but I was now getting the mani and couldn't check. After being there for 2 1/2 hrs we finally left. My tech had left the building as well.
