This is the place i go to whenever i need to have my femininity underlined a bit more. My partner started going with me last year and enjoys the experience very much. The owners of this salon are very nice, warm and inviting.  They were able to get me in for a last minute eyebrow wax.  The lady that does the eyebrows was professional.  The problem started when she ripped the wax off.  It hurt quite a bit.  She then proceeded to put some after wax stuff on my brows that burned something awful.  She said my skin was sensitive and I should apply some Neosporin for a couple of days.  The next days my brows area was still red and started to scab up.  I've never had this experience before when I go to Benefit in Ulta.  Matter of fact the wax part is so gentle you barely feel it.  I suggest the salon check into different products for waxing and after care.  Needless to say I won't be coming back. The people at Oolala REALLY do make you feel like you're home with family. I've had my eyebrows tinted and waxed twice by "the miracle worker/eyebrow guru" Liljha (spelling may wrong). This woman will change your life!! And Chris gave me the most thorough and best pedi that I've had in years. She scrubbed and scrubbed like she was caring for her Grandma's feet LOL. I jokingly say that but honestly, my pedi was so thorough. I'm convinced that she finds joy in assuring that your feet feel like butter when you leave her chair. And it gets better, you can even do a little shopping with Ms. Inez and Ms. Shirley. There's a small boutique area as you enter the spa. They have lovely hats, jewelry and unique pieces to add to your wardrobe. Each time I visit, I leave feeling better than I arrived. Always a warm welcome and a see you soon departure. This is the only place that I will let touch my face. Ms. Shirley's hands are gifted and I love how radiant I look and feel when I leave this place! I've been going to get my facials here for more than 10 years. I've traveled to this spa from Chicago when I lived there to get their facial and massage services. I have been frequenting this spa for at least 15 years and every time I am there, I feel like I am at the most loving relative's home. Today, I got caught in the rain and as soon as I got in the door all of the attention was on me and getting me warm and dry! I just stood there while the owner, Shirley Patterson patted me down with a towel. My estitician popped my clothes in the dryer while I was in her care and redressed me in warm clothes! Went to them long time ago wow double wow wonder people treat you like family you go in all tensed up after a full spa treatment you come out like a whole new women/person you be glowing.
