Really enjoyed my mani/pedi with Theresa today! This place is spotless and friendly. The layout is nice and makes you feel more relaxed since you are only in pedicure areas with a few people. STAY AWAY . They never paint the entire nail. They leave the ends and sides unpainted so you have to return so they can make more money. The prices seem to change from month to month. This place is hit or miss, I finally will NEVER return, a few weeks ago I ordered a no chip mani, and that day 1 chipped, through the next day other chipped, so I had to stop my day and go back in get a few fixed, less than week had to get an entire set re done. I go back in weeks later and literally arguing with the lady, had to pull my foot and hand away. I asked her not to cut my nails just do a light file hence they were short due to my beach vacation, she didn't listen so my nails are up to my skin, I asked her to make sure she painted the end of my nails hence my last experience, she then tried to tell me its because I don't leave my hands under the light. NO its because you don't paint my entire nails, I have 3 small businesses, and the fact that she is lacks the ability to listen to the customers needs is exactly why the place lacks business. They spend more money on the looks of the place than quality techs that do a good complete job. I'll be buying my color and taking my business elsewhere. Read Less

I went for a no chip removal and regular manicure. My no chip was not completly removed with the first soak. The tech tried to file and buff it off but it still was not completely off when she started painting my nails. I asked if we should resoak and she said no that she could remove it. My manicure is now bumpy and doesn't even look like I got my nails done. I wish this let me share a picture. For what I paid I expected much more and I am very disappointed. Read Less

Got a beautiful mani and pedi here last week. The salon is extremely clean, quiet and relaxing. They take hygiene seriously. I love that their pedi tub is lined with plastic so you're not exposed to anyone's germs. They also open a new bag of nail equipment instead of pulling things out of that nasty dissinfecting liquid.
