The location of this shop is very difficult to find. There is also a very limited amount of parking spots. I had to park very far away from their door and it was a hassle! Everyone there was very friendly and nice. The salon was nicely updated. However the salon was not that clean. They had lots of colors to pick from. It was worth my Groupon. I loved my nail technician, she was genuine and very delicate with my no-chip. It came out looking amazing and she even helped give me advice on what color to choose. I came here for a no chip mani. Right off the bat, one of the ladies said "Give her to the new girl". You can imagine how confident I was going into this. I picked my colors, Anna (Seat 10) did my nails, and kept rushing me to put my hands under the light or give them back to her. I thought that was weird. She put minimal polish on the brush, and left streaky lines all over every single nail. Ridiculous. I left her a great tip, since I didn't even know what my nails looked like until I walked out into light. So crappy!!!I called the store, the manager answered and scheduled me back for the following Friday  (my 1st availability). They promised I wouldn't get the same girl again.Upon arriving, I was passed around from girl to girl until the same girl wound up doing my nails again. I got French no chip this time. You can still see the last polish on my nails. The french tips are all uneven. I didn't want to leave the girl a tip for the same crap job, but the old lady at the front desk announces your business to everyone and basically obligates you to leave a tip. I had been here once before, a few months ago, with my coworker Stefany C. but I had only gotten a pedicure done. It was a great experience the first time but I wanted to wait until I got a manicure to write a full review. Well, I have to say... after searching high and low for a decent nail salon, I think I might have FINALLY found my place! So what made me decide to come back after a couple of months? It all started with a text. I had signed up for their mailing list the first time I stopped by and I had never received anything from them until this morning. I got a text letting me know about a $19 no-chip manicure anniversary offer. My nails were completely destroyed and it's a great deal, so I decided to call and make an appointment right after work. I called at about 4:00pm and they had a spot available for 5:30pm, which was perfect.I arrived a couple of minutes late but the girl at the front desk was super nice and told me not to worry. I picked my color out of, it seemed like, hundreds of choices and was quickly seated. Mary was my nail tech for the evening. She was friendly and careful throughout. No nicks or cuts! Yay! My first visit was because I found a Groupon for No Chip Manicure. That was my first endeavor. I was able to make a quick appointment and get in and out within an hour of purchase. My first visit was not overly impressive, aside from the price I paid (Thanks Groupon!). Upon leaving they gave me coupons for future visits. I was unsure if I was going to return.About 3 weeks later, I needed my nails done and the Groupon was still available and there wasn't fine print about purchase quantities. I purchased the Groupon and arrived, this time I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I left my coupons from the last visit in the car, but they honored the prices. I was impressed with Maria, the young technician who completed my pedicure. She was super friendly, explaining she was home on break. Asking me questions about my own school and work experience and sharing her own personal stories. The manicurist barely spoke to me, which is not surprising for most nail salons.My most recent visit I had gone after calling and/or stopping in to 2 other nail salons and being told to come back or wait more than an hour, I tried this salon. I was taken instantly. Sara was the front desk associate and helped me pick a color right away. I noticed little things I hadn't noticed before: they are super sanitary (I noticed this before but not all the little details) for instance putting plastic covers in the foot tub for pedicures--you never share a foot tub essentially, they use new tools and everything. It was so nice to see the extra details. I was also given the coupon prices again and extra coupons for next time! They were efficient when it came to timing--making sure my No Chip soak off was being done while I was getting my pedicure. I will most likely be back. The prices and coupons are more reasonable than most other salons plus its not very far. If I can keep using Groupons, I will definitely be back. Read Less

This is by far my FAVORITE Nail Salon of All time!  I have done my nails off and on depending on what is going on in my life!The atmosphere is so relaxed, so peaceful. You can count on getting to speak with someone on a personable level.  The ladies and gents have your best interest in mind.I hope they will be in Lovely Downtown Bloomingdale for the time I am living in DuPage Co.Stop in and give them a try. Groupon tricked me into going here... what a sweatshop of a nail salon... geez, holy only worst place ever. Disorganized and chaotic, with inexperienced techs and really low levels of customer service. It's on par with the ambiance of the sketch vibe of this not so maintained strip mall.Got a girl that either half-assed it or didn't know to trim cuticles... I switched to some skinny thuggy guy who was a little better, but TBH, has nails like a troll. Not encouraging. He did a decent but not particularly  amazing job, he also came off a little odd with the conversation topics.Not sure why it's so busy, but it's definitely not the place to go for a relaxing experience.
