The salon is clean and doesn't have a strong odor like most nail salons with traditional polishes, the technicians are all very nice and my nails always look good when I leave. Extra attention is given to ensure the nails are filed smooth to the touch and they are careful to clean up any stray polish on the skin. The hot towels and cold bottled water are a nice addition. If you're looking to kick back and relax for a while, you might need to ask for your mani and pedi to be completed independently; they often work on your fingers and toes at the same time. Read Less

Just got a great mani/pedi at this organic, non-toxic nail salon. You can breath easy in this place without the fumes you usually get at nail salons, and the cost is the same as other local places. Went on a recommendation. While I was waiting for my pedicure to dry, I noticed an ant  on the towel under my feet! As I lifted my feet, I saw another ant, then another!! When the young man came over to me I showed him the ants and he JUST LAUGHED! I'll NEVER return to this salon again! Read Less

I've been coming here for the last couple of years for pedicures, always a great job! I got my first no-chip manicure today and I absolutely love it. My manicure was everything I wanted and my nail tech took a great amount of time in all the details, which is super important to me. The amount of no chip colors they have is amazing also. I came here a few weeks ago for a no-chip and a pedi. The location is clean and employees polite. Pricing is comparable to similar places in the area. It is also nice to have all natural products. I was disappointed with my no-chip manicure because there was a large gap between the gel and the cuticle so it appeared my nails had already grown out before the event I was going to the following day. As far as the pedicure goes, my feel were not as soft as they normally after a pedicure at other places. I had an issue with the color changing after only two days and they were nice enough to buff and re-polish free of charge. I am willing to give this place another shot because the service and employees are so polite and friendly but will have to observe closely to ensure the manicure is done properly. Read Less

The atmosphere is nice. Love that the owner and her staff very friendly. Love that everything is organic. I went in for a mani/pedi my appointment was at 6. There was not a long wait at all. The only issue I have is with my manicure after I got home and really looked at it she did not paint the entire nail and it looks like I need a fill in and I just got my nails done yesterday. I believe it was a little rushed because I was the last customer . Under the lighting my manicure looked fine but when I got home she did not paint the entire nail.The guy who did my pedicure did a excellent job.Other than that very clean nice place. I love that this place does not stink of chemicals and is nice and quiet bc there are no electric filers for acrylics going on here. Very relaxing, quiet and kind people work here - making this a nice experience. My no chip is amazing. I have never had it chip before the 3 week point as long as I do a little filing on the 3rd week. I am rough on my hands too, having 2 kids, washing dishes, giving baths, etc...My pedicure was amazing and relaxing and even a month later I still feel like my feet are nice and smooth. The polish is still on perfectly too! And I even spent a week in Mexico in the beach and pool! I just moved to the area and have been looking for a great spa, lucky me I found one here!! The Natural Nail Salon is clean and so cute, and everyone who works there is so polite and friendly. I got my first ever no chip manicure and I couldn't be happier with it or the experience. I felt so at home there, it really was so lovely and my nails look awesome! And it was only $29 which was so nice because some places really rip you off, asking for almost $50.00 for a no chip mani - ridiculous!! Trang is the nicest lady, smart owner here. She uses only organic nail polish. That is great for me since I have sensitive allergies to many beauty products. She charges a bit more for the no-chip manis/pedis but the colors are 100% organic, not just natural. Book your appointment because she is organized and goes by her schedule. I've been coming here regularly for the past 3 years. I've walked in with appointment/without appointment/30 minutes before closing and have always been accommodated just fine. I've gotten manicures (regular and no-chip) and pedicures and there's only been 1 instance I can remember where it hasn't been the best experience (and that was maybe 2 years ago and only because they were understaffed).I've had my nails worked on by just about every girl that works there and have liked them all. They're attentive and my nails always look great. Last time I was there, I got a pedicure/no-chip manicure and it took just over an hour to do both...and that includes removing the old no-chip polish.My advice is: call ahead and make an appointment if you can! Awesome no chip! (: the lady who did my nails wasn't much of a talker though, but she sure did a good job on my French manicure. It was great for my honeymoon. The only weird thing is that my makeup clinged to the polish so I couldn't take it off. I came in last minute about an hour before close on a Saturday on the chance that they had someone free for a no chip manicure. They didn't at the moment, but seated me right away and within 5 minutes a nice young woman started with me. She did a great job on my cuticles, was gentle, but got them looking perfect, which believe me is no small task. She also did great on the polish, clean edges and no streaks.Knowing that the universe does not revolve solely around me, it didn't bother me when she had to greet new customers and get them seated. She was still very attentive to me and was quick but thorough, as I think doing nails should be. It may not be the best place if you want the full "spa" experience, but who has time for that anyways. Went here with a bunch of girls, and we had appointments.  I had a mani/pedi. The pedi was fine, but the mani - WTF. I should have complained and been charged for a polish change only.  The manicurist was busy, they were over booked without enough people working. She was working on me, on my friend who was getting a no-chip, greeting guests, answering the phone.  All she did was paint my nails, not even a drop of lotion was used at all. I have gone to this nail salon before and always enjoyed my experience.This last time I was there, I felt that my manicure was not done professionally. The polish seemed too thick and since it was a light color they had to put 3 coats on which took hours to dry and a couple of my nails look lumpy. It took 2 nail techs to finish. I love that I walked in here and it didn't smell all funky with chemicals.--which means no face mask for me or my nail tech--bonus.  Lucky for me there was no wait for my organic pedicure and they were able to take me right away.  The space itself is very clean/new--definitely relaxing--so relaxing I almost fell asleep, massage chair mixed with soft spa-like music--and I'm out.  They have a decent selection of polishes by Zoya, wish they had some more, but they have a lot of the major hues. I got the regular pedicure for $25, for $10 more could've gotten the spa pedicure which would've included hot stones, masks, scrubs and probably additional massage. Will have to try that next time.  They also offer waxing services and no-chip mani's which is nice to know.  I had a nail that was on the verge of breaking--the owner was nice enough to apply a "miracle fix" agent that will hopefully prevent it from breaking further---no charge--my crazy thumb says thanks!Overall pleasant experience and will return.
