RUN ACROSS THE STREET! Made an appointment at 6:45pm. Get there around 6:36, Cindy, the owner, comes and tells me to pick out a color for my toes and she will get me right after she checks out a customer. Cindy doesn't check out a customer she goes and sweeps then walks around a bit. At 6:43 she takes to other people to the chairs and tells me we take people at their appointment time, she comes to get me at 6:50. When she takes me to the chair I asked whats the point of having an appointment if you get taken late. She replied that the other two ladies had an appointment at 6:45 as well, very rude. I just said okay, she replied what me to ask them for you? No its okay. I can ask them. No its good I believe you. She goes over to the two ladies and asks them what time their appointment was and they replied 6:45 confused and looking at me, like who are you to have to know our appointment time. I then defended myself by saying she has to be a bitxh and rude (yes I shouldn't of called her that but I was flustered because she wouldn't stop). So I had a lady do my toes then I go to get my nails done. Cindy is going around to everyone offering them water except me. Okay, as I am half way done with my nails, Cindy's husband comes and ask me how my service is. I replied that my lady is great can't complain about her. He continues to stand there. After a minute or standing by me, he says my wife told me about you and you called her a dumb bitxh on your way to the chair. I replied "yes, I called her a bitxh but not a dumb one." He still continues to talk about what I said and that they only take people at their appointment time. I replied "I was taking 5 minutes after my appointment time, and your wife told me she wasn't ready for me at my appointment time." He still continues to talk then said "I'm not trying to argue with you" and I replied "then stop talking". Did he stop talking? NO! He still was talking about my appointment and blah blah blah. I felt so bad for the other customers around! At the end of my visit I spent $100 on a $35 pedicure and a dip manicure (not sure price for that, but it shouldn't of been $75). In all fairness, I think my negative experience was strictly related to the technician. Others around me were offered beverages and the technicians were polite and friendly. Mine seemed like she hated being there. I definitely felt rushed. Not sure what she did to the cuticle on my big toe but it is very uncomfortable now. In addition, she filed it at a weird angle. Did not get what was advertised for the particular pedicure I chose either. The salon is beautiful though. Even with a gift card where my man asked for a high end pedi, I had to pay out of pocket. At my usual salon, it would have more than covered the cost. The good thing is we have lots of options near us so no pressure to visit again. Read Less

Don’t waste your money. They try to upsale you, I had said no 7 times. She continued to push it. After the pedicure I still had dry skin on my heels and toes. I went home and took the stone to it myself. We had said we wanted manicures and pedicures, they ignored us and got mad when we still wanted our manicures. They rushed through them, I could feel my nail bed burning from the drill. They will charge you extra without saying so before hand. It’s been 6 days since my dip and my nail just broke in half. Had I known it was going to put glitter on my nails I would have never gone. (We has called ahead and it was 35 for a dip) My pedicure and dip “manicure” (they just re do your polish) was 75 dollars. If you get a service that is 35 you get a free glass of warm wine, which will probably be the one you did not ask for. Edit: Fast forward to the day after I post this, now my second nail is broke and my pedicure is chipping. This place is a joke. Came here with a bridal shower and the woman who worked with us was very rude and kept rushing everyone. They didn't even trim the cuticles the bride had to request that they scrape the dead skin off of her feet. Also when she asked about the cuticles for her hands they said it was an additional $5.00 for that. Overall not impressed. Read Less

My mother took me here for a birthday pedicure. She and her friends raved about it. Now I get why: this is the same old nail salon dressed up in prettier interior design. Don't be fooled by the pretty white.brick and shiny new pedicure chairs - they'll dull over time like everything g else. When you get down to it, they are the same as everyone else. What's more.... lightly scrubbing callouses with those pumice stone sponges, or whatever they are, isn't going to do a damn thing. I've been in here many times and always gel pedicures and the dip polish manicures with my mom. I've always had a great experience and my polish has never chipped or came off, the few times I've gotten a full set none of my nails popped off either and I work with my hands so they've always fallen off when I've gotten them from other places. The staff was very friendly, the place was very clean and relaxing as well. Just don't go in the prime busiest hours if you're looking for a good experience, but that can be said about any business or establishment anywhere. Read Less

Had an appointment for my daughter's first pedicure on her 8th birthday. Most of the staff were very nice. They were very busy and rushed through our pedicures. Our cuticles were not pushed back and they barely massaged/scrubbed our feet. The nail polish started chipping off hours after it had dried. As I was drying my nails under the fans, a worker asked me to pay immediately. What the hell! I had just sat down! My 1st experience at posh nails was excellent. I had a pedicure, and it was done very well.  I was quite satisfied. The 2nd time I went for a manacure with a powder nail coating. I wouldn't call what happened a manicure in any way. My nails weren't soaked, there was no special care taken for my nail health, and the entire experience was very uncomfortable. The lady pulled a buffing wheel out of her pocket and proceed to tear down the top layer of my nails, buzz away cuticle, continually nick the end of my nails, hastily dipped my fingers into the powder while yelling at a young lady at the front of the store for being in the way of her view of new customers. She complained to me that it was hard with training new employees. The job was done hastily, and it caused me discomfort several times. I very much felt like I was just being pushed through a factory line. I suspect the older lady who took care of me was the owner of the establishment. UPDATE 7-6-17I wrote the same thing on their FB page to let them know they're good, but remember your appointments.  Owner says nothing about better time management, rushing my mani pedi and tells me I'm free to go elsewhere.  Smug and arrogant is not good for business.  I will move along when loyalty and kindness to the nail techs is not considered essential for business.  Guess nail salons are becoming a dime a dozen.  When I started going to Posh I loved it so much.  They have stolen a few nail techs from other places, they have a lovely decorated establishment, it's always very clean, and a very well organized nail selection.  However, now that they have also stolen clients and made us fans of their location, they are over booking and not keeping up with their appointments.  I'm sorry but that pisses me off so bad.  If I make an appointment with someone, DO NOT EVEN TRY TO PUSH ME OFF TO SOMEONE ELSE and do not rush my service.  I chose that tech for a reason, they do nails like I want them.  I do not mind tv watching or other things going on around me as long as I can sit, relax, read, and get my nails done as others have mentioned in their poor ratings on FB or elsewhere.  What I do not like is the constant appearance of over management by the one woman and man who sit right behind the entrance desk constantly monitoring their nail techs.  It's stupid.  You should be doing better time management for appointments.  They've earned new clientele quickly because of their decor, but now it's time to maintain your regulars or lose us.  They had a lot of new people in right before 4th of July which I'm sure is why they have got a poor rating from those below.  I will go back because I love the location, decor, not being on top of each other for pedi's etc.  However, they need to get off their high horse and understand what it takes to keep us coming back.PS, I'm sure they lease this building, but the building owners need to slack off on reserve parking for other buildings not even needing the parking! Went to get a full set of nails and pedicure. Pedicure was nice but they did not cut or push back my cuticles. Full set of nails were same no cuticle maintenance at all. Gave them a second chance and went back for a fill in. They did a horrible job, theu left old acrylic on nails and again did not address cuticles. Four days after a nail popped off, they fixed only after the male owners tried make it seem as though I was not being honest. It's been seven days since refill and four other nails are coming off. Not good services for $31.00 25 refill and 6 fix broken nail. My cowork said same type of experience We are both looking for a better place, any suggestions welcome? Read Less

We went for a group mani/pedi, booked in advance and placed a deposit. The entire experience was mediocre at best. We understood we had a large group with us but the employees and owner were not very professional. We were under the impression each person could choose their own pedi but some of our group members weren't asked until they had already pre-chose their pedicure. The owner or manager unsure which was all over the place while trying to do my nails she got up about 20 times worrying about her employees and checking the appointment screen. Really bad experience here. It did not seem like the technicians knew what they were doing. The powder "manicure" I received was awful, uneven, and bumpy. It chipped 6 days after, and ruined my nails. Also, it wasn't a manicure at all. She just cut and filed my nails, and put the powder on. No cuticle cut, no lotion, no massage, no towel, nothing. The service and quality don't even come close to justifying the price. During my and my husband's $50 pedicures, which were not that special, the owner started watching a soccer game, turned up the volume, and began to talk to us about the game. I don't go to the spa to watch soccer games and hear commentary. Will definitely never return. Read Less

The first time I came here with my mom the service was okay. When we came back, the man doing our nails kept standing up and just walking around the shop. When I finally got my nails started on, the woman filed my cuticles down so far that I was bleeding from two of my nail beds and she didn't stop. My moms color is crooked and not evenly applied to her whole nail. They didn't file her sides down enough and her natural nails have sharp corners. Not coming back, very disappointing. Read Less

Several family members and I went for a pampering day of manicures and pedicures. When I arrived I was not given a choice of which pedicure I wanted out of the book they have full of many choices. Instead they had set up for a basic gel pedicure which didn't qualify cost wise for a wine or beer they serve. She cut the sides of my little toe nails off so when it grows back it will not be the same width as my nail is. I have never had anyone do that before and am wondering what will happen as my nail grow out! The polish on my toes nails stays for a very long time and the polish started chipping off within a week. My daughter got a designon her toes and I could have done a better job myself. It was very hard to communicate with the workers. The manager was doing my nieces nails and kept getting up to check on other workers. Not a good experience!! It was a regretful $150 spent on my daughter and I for pedicures, manicures and eyebrow waxing. Will go elsewhere next time. Read Less

Worst Brazilian!! At the end of a Brazilian there should be NO hair!!! Also, I've never had my whole lip area waxed all together at once! Worst experience with Lydia at this salon. She had no sympathy! There was still wax on my legs when she was done. In my past experiences all estheticians tweezed any rogue hairs or cut out any in-growns, not Lydia! The spa does offer re-dos if you are not happy with your service but honestly 1 session of pain a month is more than enough for me! Waste of $70! Read Less
