Disappointed with this business. Bought a $75 gift certificate for my girl friend but we ended up moving shortly after I bought it. Full-time college students on top of being parents makes it difficult to find time to take for yourself. Management said that they don’t do refunds but they would extend the certificate for a few months, living 4 and a half hours away...still going to school full time, still parents full time, and now I have a full time job as well...so yeah so much time to drive 4.5 hours to use a $75 gift certificate at some spa. This is my home away from home! Us seniors have a great time visiting, some even work out! Everyone is so friendly you won't be a stranger for long. Silver Sneakers is accepted here so if your Medicare supplement offers it come join us. Do a full workout, walk the treadmill, or walk the pool, there's something for everyone. Great classes, instructors, and personal trainers. Small enough (and less intimidating) that you are able to get to know the wonderful people that work and go there yet big enough to provide you everything you expect and need at a gym. One thing to note is that the address is incorrect on this page. It's definitely down the street from where it's listed.Anyway...I love working out here for several reasons: it's less than 5 minutes away from my mom's place. They pack a lot of equipment into a relatively small space. There is a pool, hot tub, and a sauna.Some of the tread mills and bikes are a little older but in the scheme of things, i barely use them so it doesn't bother me. The fact that they have a rowing machine really makes it for me. There are two squat racks and a whole lotta benches so you usually don't have an issue with waiting for them. I started doing Layne Norton's PHAT routine prior to moving back to this area, and i have had 0 issues transitioning it to this gym.As for the rest of this place, i guess there's a juice/smoothie bar, a room for spinning/kettle bell/yoga classes, and an actual spa. I see a lot of personal trainers in this place, too. They definitely operate within the scope of a 'health club' in addition to being a gym and a spa. 5 stars, would definitely work out here.
