RUN AS FAST AS U CAN!!!
SPEND UR MONEY ELSE WHERE
we were some of the last customers boy did we feel it we were new trying this place out did i mention GO SOMEHERE ELSE
Pedicure was great lady had limited english but warm greeted us made us feel welcomed did a WONDERFUL job her name is KIM so ladies if u want a pedicure ask for her but then the manicure my poor mother-in-law not the number or color she picked out not to mention she could have done a better job at home she never complains she was mad says it all!
Chipped hrs later JUNK POLISH!
Now my acrylics asked for a flare acrylic picked out a cat eye guy said NO NO they offer it in the nail samples for every request guy was a JERK not just that in customer sevice working that close to especially women brush ur teeth at some point of day or take a mint did i mention JERK RUDE i should have got up and left but my mother-in-law being the sweetheart she is was treating me to a girls day had to be quiet and let it go i ended up with uneven acrylics thin they bend not to mention when shaving them the guy must not know what it feels like was super ruff my favorite part was the lady and guy both ignored us spoke to each other in their language the bill was brought over Motherinlaw signed it and immediately lady looks at it and says something to the guy how uncomfortable when u dont know the language and they both spoke english too
im bilingual i know out of courtesy to anyone who doesnt know ur language u speak language that everyone understands its RUDE ! NOT to mention the pestering child who bugs all the cutomers with 100 questions find a babysitter the child shouldn't be at a nail salon they should be home enjoying being children!
So if ur looking for JUNK POLISH and products, CRAPPY JOB, pestered by a child AND BEING TALKED ABOUT OR COMMENTED ABOUT IN UR FACE THIS IS UR PLACE!

The lady was so rough on my feet and I had to say “ouch” multiple times! Also I’m pretty sure they took an actual cheese grater to the bottom of my feet to remove the dead skin! Won’t go there again!

I visited the shop yesterday and will surely not be returning. The man that did my manicure did not take off all of the old nail polish and my cuticles still look a mess. Since the man was obviously in such a rush, there was nail polish on the skin around my nails and bubbles in the finished product. I honestly can do a better job myself.

Phenomenal job on my pedicure. It was one of the best pedicures I've had in awhile. He also listened to what I wanted for my gel manicure. I would highly recommend.

I have been coming here for years! I am very pleased with the work that LARRY and LISA do when it comes to my nails. I've learned every place is different and if your used to going somewhere else sometimes you have to learn to adjust. If not then you are going to find every little thing wrong, that you possibly can. However if it was your usual salon that you go to and they make a little mistake it would be no big deal right? Something else about getting your nails done that I have found out in my years of going. Nail technicians are not mind readers. If you do not tell them exactly what you want then they are not going to do exactly what you were anticipating. Simply because THEY DID NOT KNOW. And another thing about this place that I love, if you are not happy with your nails, they will fix them. Did you break a nail 3 days after, do to opening your car door to fast, no problem they will fix it for free. However you do have to say something to them when it comes to not being happy with your nails after you initial visit. Walking out of the salon knowing that you are not happy just to jump on the internet and bash them is not the way to go or very good character for that matter. That's what second chances are for.
All in all , when it comes down to a nail salon or your favorite restaurant everyone is going to have there own opinion. You never know until you actually try their services. And even though I now live and work outside of Glen Carbon IL , I still go there anyways!

Terrible customer service, a girl just walked up with a basket and started working on my feet, didn't intoduce herself nor did she ask which pedicure package I wanted, just assumed i was getting the basic, so alarmed by her behavior didn't even pay attention, the girl didn't use a fresh pack of sterilized instruments, just whatever was in the basket, when i brought it to her attention she didn't even care, and yes she understood english very well, I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO LA NAILS!

I had been going to another nail place for 2 yrs, but happened to walk in LA nails to get my niece's nails done for beginning of school. Larry took extra time with the 9 yr old and put 3 coats of blue gel polish on her. I was so pleased that I switched to him right away. He does a wonderful job, doesn't rush through it, wants to make it as perfect as possible. And the pedicure with the hot stones was wonderful!

I love this nail place. I have been going there for the last 4 years. They always take their time. They do a great job, they sometimes will give a discount on your birthday. This is the only place I go to. They do GREAT acrylic nails and great pedicures. If you mess it up in the store, they will fix it no problem. The designs are amazing, They really do take pride in what they do.

I visited the shop yesterday and will surely not be returning. The man that did my manicure did not take off all of the old nail polish and my cuticles still look a mess. Since the man was obviously in such a rush, there was nail polish on the skin around my nails and bubbles in the finished product. I honestly can do a better job myself.

I have been coming here for years! I am very pleased with the work that LARRY and LISA do when it comes to my nails. I had been going to another nail place for 2 yrs, but happened to walk in LA nails to get my niece's nails done for beginning of school. Larry took extra time with the 9 yr old and put 3 coats of blue gel polish on her. I was so pleased that I switched to him right away.
