Can't say enough amazing things about this place. They hard to get into so make sure you book your appointment in advance. It's worth it! The staff is amazing. Super friendly and outgoing. They offer great conversation and a very relaxing in environment. I got a pedicure and no chip manicure. They had a couple kinds of no chip and offered a great explanation of the differences. Last time I was there I got a solid color and it stayed for 3 weeks! My hands and feet looked amazing. Plus love the extra touch of putting rose petals in the pedicure water. Very clean, and they don't rush you through your appointment. I've been to many nail salons and this is the first place I actually look forward to coming to. Please try this place! I bought my mom a gift certificate for mother day and finally were able to use it. The salon is super cute and Jenny and Michelle did a WONDERFUL job. They were very nice and enjoyable to talk too. Plus my nails look great. Even though it was costly it was a nice treat and great gift. Read Less

I went here with my mother in law and sister in law for some after Christmas pampering and was pleasantly surprised.  It was certainly one of the nicest nail salons I've been to.  The help was extremely nice and offered us hot chocolate,  tea,  and coffee upon entering.  The quality of their work was excellent.  I loved the cozy chairs we sat in and the rose petals in the water bowl.  Each station was equipped with an iPad for our use yet we were able to see and chat with each other throughout.  I'll definitely be back next year. This place is great.  I came in for a mani/pedi with my sister-in-law and 3 year old niece for a girls day.  We had appointments, and were the only ones in the salon.  The staff and owner were so pleasant and accommodating and truly made the experience enjoyable with extra attention paid to my niece who was having her first pedicure experience.  It's definitely a step up from my normal walk in nail place and I believe it's worth the extra $10 my no chip manicure cost.  The decor is lovely and they did a wonderful job on both my manicure and pedicure.  I didn't plan ahead and never made an appointment when I needed my nails done again so I went back to my old walk in place and left very unsatisfied with the experience after being pampered at Well Polished.  I will make sure I think ahead and make an appointment in the future! I was in the area and stopped in for a pedicure the owner seemed a bit snooty when I asked if I needed an apt when her friend was there getting her nails done.   No one else I. The store and she couldn't fit me in I don't care how much it costs if your rude I will never be back! Read Less

I'm a frequent pedicure and no-chip manicure customer. Well Polished offers fruit infused water to their customers, they have i-pads at every pedicure station, and they have a gorgeous atmosphere. The staff has always been friendly and professional, and have made me feel pampered and special. The pedicures are lovely, and the flower petals floating in the pedicure water is a nice touch, but the last pedicure I had only lasted about two weeks.The no-chip manis have been beautifully applied every time, and I've had no issues with chipping. They charge more than other nearby salons, but to me it's well worth the money. Read Less

Well polished, indeed! For part of my bachelorette party extravaganza, one of my Maid of Honors thought it would be fun for me and my closest girls to kick back and get pampered. (Never have I been so glad that we did this because as you can imagine, the night was anything but relaxing after that!). And Well Polished was just the place to do so.It's cute. It's chic. It's relaxing. And it's everything I like in nail spa. I walked in and immediately smelled lavender and eucalyptus. Ahhhhhhh.... I checked in for my pedicure and was directed to a huge comfy chair where I sat down and placed my feet in a bowl of warm water and flower petals. Yes, flower petals. Everything after that came up smelling like roses! Service was nothing short of perfect. The owner and employees were extremely friendly and were so happy we picked their spa for our bachelorette party kickoff. After leaving, I smudged my nail polish while eating lunch. I called them to see if they would fix my blunder and the owner had me immediately come back. She even gave me the bottle of nail polish in case it happened again (oops!). She was truly sweet and caring. Although Geneva isn't right around the corner from me, there's no doubt in my mind that I would return to Well Polished when I'm in the area. Read Less

Started as a great experience with my three girlfriends but went downhill when we went to pay and told we were being charged an additional $12.00 each to take off our no chip manicure. When we questioned this charge the girl told us it was stated in our email confirmation. When we booked our appointment no one took our emails just names and contact number. To make it worse the Owner was there and never came up to talk to us. Very shady place! $134 for a no chip and pedi totally ridiculous! Stay away from this place. I really liked this salon. I had yet to find one that I was comfortable in or that I understood the nail technician. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, was able to hang my coat, and filled out a customer preference sheet since it was my first time. It asked a few general questions and also how much conversation I'd prefer with the technician. I was offered water and had a large selection of nail polish to choose from. After reading reviews of this salon, I chose to go with an OPI color since I knew those would last past a day. It's been four days since my appointment and my nails are still looking great - only one nail has ever so slightly started to chip. This manicure will easily last me a week and it was not even a no chip. My only hesitation was the price of this salon. It is about $5-$10 more than those salons in the local area but I feel as though it is worth it to pay since the atmosphere is stellar and the girls that work there are genuine and sweet.
