This is the best nail salon I have found in my 3 months of living in Geneva. I was in town for a short stay. Aside from the phenomenal job they do on my nails, the atmosphere is so much fun!!!! I had a pedicure and gel manicure from my technician and my pedicure still looks amazing 3 weeks later and my gel manicure has lasted this long as well. The girls that work there are true artists. They have many options with different prices for pedi&mani. You choose what you like and can afford. Kely the girl who gave me whole service was supper sweet. Such a positive and happy person. Excellent nail salon. Had no chip for my wedding and two weeks later for my honeymoon. My nails have never looked better. Absolutely no chipping whatsoever, and it's been over two weeks. Friendly, quick, helpful. Plenty of tables, roomy and comfortably decorated. What clinched my setting first appointment was, they are open on Sunday's which was difficult to find in the area, also prices are competitive Hands down I'd recommend this place. Read Less

I've gone to many nails salons in the western suburbs and this one is the only one that does a free arm and hand massage as part of a nail fill/set. Very good ambiance and relaxing music. They did a decent job on my nails, nothing out of the ordinary. Got me in fast on a busy Friday. Read Less

My mother and I went for some pampering. Tom took care of me and did a great job with a full set of acrylics. It was a little busy but they managed to get everyone in and out in reasonable time. Tom was incredibly nice and loved to chat. My mother got her pedicure and enjoyed it very much saying she was super relaxed and loved the atmosphere. Overall: it was awesome and we will be back! The best nail and customer service by far. They greeted me told me to come back in a half an hour which I returned. Amy took her time with my nails and she new exactly what i wanted without letting her know. My nail beds are thick and curvy and she mafe them look the opposite. I finally found the best nail salon! Literally one of the worst pedicure's in the Fox Valley Area. They were busy but my daughter and I had an appointment and still had terrible pedicures. The nails were beautiful. My feet were still dry and cracked after. The gentlemen who was doing my nails was more worried about everyone getting in that walked in rather than focusing on his current clients. My parents live in Geneva and when I come home I always come in for a no chip manicure here. Today, I realized that it's been three full weeks since I had my nails done at La Venice and there is not one single chip. I have been mountain biking, I've built a set for a musical, I've showered every day and I am actually worried that it will never come off. La Venice, what is the secret to your freak manicures? My coworker and I have made La Venice Nails & Spa our regular place to go for our No Chip manis and deluxe pedis. Amy is our favorite for the no chip, she is fantastic. The rest of the ladies and gentlemen there do an awesome job as well. It is always easy to make appointments during our lunch break, and although they get us in and out in a speedy time, they do a wonderful job and pay close attention to detail and our requests. I went with a friend for a simple pedicure and the ladies were all so nice and helpful. I got a really great pedi and not super expensive. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and made me and my friend feel welcome, helped us out with color choices, and checked us in. The woman who did me pedi was really friendly and even let me swap out a color after painting it on a foot because it did not show well. Great people, great experience. Will be coming back again! I even chose a mood ring type color that changed from mint to gray depending on the temperature!  My no chip lasted me a good 3 weeks and they worked wonders on my overgrown cuticles!Only cash is accepted for tips.Free wifi with password. **TIP: they only accept tips on credit cards**I'm not sure why this place has such RAVING reviews, I thought it was just OK.I usually judge places in strip malls but I gave La Venice a chance because I was in the area. It was bigger than I expected and clean inside. My friend was on a bit of a time constraint, which she explained to the tech who greeted us, and they got us in right away.The polish selection was so-so as far as quantity goes but I was disappointed by the quality. Only a small selection of OPI polishes and an even smaller selection of Essie polishes. I was honestly horrified to find that they had Wet N' Wild polishes on the shelf. Really?!? When we sat down we were given a 'menu' and asked to pick our pedis. We both opted for the Classic Pedicure ($25). The pedi lasted about 25-30 minutes. I was done just slightly before my friend and felt like both of our techs were not doing the same thing? My polish was VERY shiny (must get the name of that top coat!) but there was some on my skin that the tech didn't bother to clean up. When I was finished my tech just got up and left without saying a word. I waited for my friend to be finished then I grabbed my purse and tried to carefully maneuver around the tool tray that my tech had moved in my walkway to work on the girl next to me. I couldn't believe how rude that was! Why would you not want to ensure I don't ruin the polish you just did??PS: Not sure why other Yelpers thought the shop was a little expensive. Honestly the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. It sort of looks like a hole in the wall from the outside, but on the inside, the decor is lovely, all aspects are clean, and the music is relaxing. The service is amazing - best I've gotten in a long time. I couldn't decide between two shades of pastel pink so the girl helping me painted them both on her nails so I could have a better visual. She then asked if I wanted the same shade for shellac mani/ pedi, and found the right shade for me. The pedicure was amazing - I got the classic pedi. The massage was WOW, so great. Don't think I've gotten a pedicure massages that long or relaxing in ages, if ever. Manicure was great too. Kasie did it and she was awesome. The shellac lights are built in the manicure desk, which I thought was pretty cool. Just visited and got a no chip mani, pedi and waxing. Excellent pedicure options. They really spent a lot of time massaging legs and feet which would've earned them 10 stars, if possible. Will definitely be back and already planning on treating my grandma to a mani/pedi when she comes to visit. My only comment isn't related to them but the really annoying woman who spent my entire pedicure on her phone talking unnecessarily loud. Some people have no courtesy. Read Less

This is the BEST nail salon I have used in the Tri-cities area.  Kayli is the tech I use and she's the best nail tech I've ever experienced.  She provides a great pedicure!Very nice place, decor is above average.  Everything seems clean.Even better is that the staff is very nice.  Patrick owns the shop and does a great job of taking care of customers and moving through a steady stream of them.I have been here twice and will keep coming back.
