I was very impressed by the modern decor and how spacious the nail salon is, which even includes a bar! I had a deluxe pedicure from Kevin and got S&S from Van, which I found to be very pampering and relaxing. Overall, fairly good prices and everyone was friendly. I have been coming here for years and now i will never go back. They rush through it too fast. I also got my eyebrows waxed and the lady hurried through it, had it all done in 3 minutes. She was very rough and ripping it off hard. I've had my eyebrows waxed numerous times and that is the worst experience I have ever had. They are also rude and don't speak to you. It felt like they were just hearding in cattle and getting them out. I went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax and i was done and out of there in 35 minutes total. This is a really nice salon but the wait can be pretty bad even with an appointment. The last two times I came in I waited on average 40 minutes past my appointment time. They do really good work, offer a beverage while waiting, and are always clean and friendly. It is just pretty aggravating that they schedule appointments but don't set aside the time to see you. Don't take walk in's if you know you have appointments showing up.On a side note, they have more gel colors than I've ever seen anywhere else! Read Less

Love this nail salon!! A year or two ago took my daughter for her first pedi. She absolutely loved it. They offered her a water or pop, she chose a coke. She kept laughing Cuz they were tickling her feet. She said it was the best ever and she felt like she was on Hawaii! Today, I decided I was long overdue for a pedi. Looking online it said they closed at 7pm, it was around 5 so I decided to head over. There was only two other people there so I got right in. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she went to work. Come to find out, they close at 6 but that didn't stop her from doing an absolute amazing job! Her co-workers went about cleaning and sanitizing all the stations. Swept and mopped the floor. She didn't rush at all or seem annoyed that she was gonna be there a lil late, I was very impressed. Afterwards, she took my arm to walk me to the dryer so I wouldn't fall, after they dried put another clear coat on and had them dry again and took my arm again to walk me to the door. The moment I stepped in I was in heaven. It's very nice and clean and the staff is super friendly. A lot of times the staff will talk to each other then occasionally glance up at you and smile. My pedicure was insanely relaxing. I got a full lower leg massage. My legs are smooth as butter and much better off than when I walked in the door. I decided to do a design for fun and it turned out extremely well. The girl was so thorough and used many different tools and lotions. She did a great massage and put on a hot towel and was very skilled and polite. These people are flat out crooks. I paid for 3 pedicures. They were suppose to be 2500 each I had pre paid 40 each. They discounted it to the correct amount of 80 dollars leaving a 500 tip and as soon as we walked out they rebilled me REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away they are crooks. SO I ENDED UP PAYING 160 FOR 75 DOLLARS WORTH OF PEDICURES THAT ALSO SUCKED. THEY DIDNT MASSAGE OUR LEGS OR ANYTHING IT WAS LIKE THEY WERE HEARDING CATTLE IN AND OUT Read Less

Being from the San Francisco, Ca bay area, nail salons are on every corner. Very few have the quality, sterilaztion, and professsional work that I experienced today.
