I had always come here before and recently tried out a different nail salon in Freeport, not trash talking anyone or anywhere!! But I was not happy at all with the full set I had received somewhere else there was extra acrylic on my skin around my nails which made my nails start to lift! After only having them on a week in a half I went into Les and said “if you have to take any off go ahead! I’ll pay extra if I have to, I just need you to fix me!!” They we’re so sweet and genuinely wanted me to love my nails! Why I ever decided to try out somewhere else I have no idea! If I could leave zero stars I would've... I went to Le's last night with a group of girls and for a mani and pedi... well at the end of it all they charged my card separately for my mani and pedi, which I thought was weird... so my mani was $40 and my pedi was $35 and I like I said used my debit card, so I signed the receipts and gave them a tip in "cash" and when I checked my bank account this morning and I had 2 charges of $40 out of my account!! So I go back to Le's to ask... for my $5 back and to see the receipt that I had signed and they wrote in a $5 tip!!!! I said that's not my handwriting and this is beyond illegal!!! And they tried to argue with me about it! Thankfully they finally gave me my $5 they stole back to me. Needless to say I will never go back there again and I also will be turning them in!! The employees were nice. The first time I went I was impressed with how fast they did the work. The massage i got with my pedi was not impressive. For what I paid for I should if gotten a better one. I think if you want a relaxing day then this is a great place to start. They have a big clean shop. The pedi was very refreshing and they didnt re use the old tools from someone else. Thats a huge plus when you are watching out for that. They like to communicate more than I would have thought , but I went back several time and still will go. Read Less

They do an amazing job with your nails and feet, these people are not afraid to get all those calloused skin off and the price is ideal compared to the fancy places where they hardly want to touch you. Gone there a few times and this time spent $215.00 on both me and my daughter, tips mani pedi gel and the shape was horrible, and was made to feel it was my fault because of the color I wanted. the other times I was there I around July 4th and requested an American Flag on two nails and he didn't do it right and just put red white and blue colors on my nails, they don't understand English at all in order to take care of your requests. for the money I spent it was a serious rip off. when you tell them think and natural looking and they make it big and bulky you just have to move on because they just can't get it right. I don't have a problem spending that kind of money for me and my daughter however I expect to get what I ask for and not have to keep asking and then feel like I was the problem... Ill never come here again ive been going sense day they opened they were okay! Now it really bad! I make appointments for a reason that is to get in and out not wait! After Phil got fired from there the service has went down Hill bad I have been going there for two years and loved it now the owner did my bails the look like crap not even got dreams in them where he broke them and re glued them not happy at all for the price. I went back to get then fixed he looked at me and said they look great let me file them down for u. He did that they looked even worse... Never going there again I work with the public and have always been proud to show my nails now I hide them been trying for 2 hours to take them off.. Definitely finding a new place. Read Less

Why there for my first time. It was clean everyone was friendly. Got there at 6pm didn't get out into 730pm. I paid worry to 92.00 for a step up from the basic pedi and a gel coat over my original nails with gel glitter polish that didn't divert the whole nail. It's been awhile since I've had them done but that much for just that is too much I've never paid that for paws and claws. And I've had much better nails. For those prices I won't be back. I have been to Le's twice. It gets 2 stars for being clean and for the staff being friendly. The first time I was here was for a full set. The nails were fine, they were done by the owner but, it took over 2 hours! There is no one at the front desk so he is always getting up asking incoming customers what they want and cashing them and I felt like I was left in the back burner. This second time I came for a pedicure. The technician was really nice but he barely understood English so I had a hard time explaining the specific nail design I wanted. Before the technician started I asked if he could do a specific design n he agreed. The design was super clumpy and it looked like it was done by me at home. The owner came to translate. He removed it and I just told him to do a regular design flower, the ones they do all the time.Point is that I walked in with something that I wanted and left with something I did NOT want.
