I've tried giving this place multiple chances, the few times I've let them do my nails when I was in a pinch they would then tell me my card didn't work and I would have to go to the grocery store down the street to get cash. Other times I've walked in and been completely ignored. Typically I leave here frustrated and annoyed and go to Belleville West Nail Spa. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place altogether. Had a good experience at Tammy Nail. Took my granddaughter along to get her nails painted as well but they didn't use gel so it's probably coming off already. I think it was just a language mix-up. Did a great job on mine with a beautiful design added. Temperature was comfortable. I will continue to go back. Read Less

The guy who did my pedicure smelled like a cheap cigarette and only said 2 words. It was like he was pissed off to be working. Nothing gentle about him at all. Only good thing is that he painted good. Will not ever got back. Oh, and don't they know what A/C is??? Read Less

Where do I start... no one even spoke to my gf and I when we walked in. We got seated for an 11am appointment at 11:25 and that was after asking. The guy who did my friend's pedi didn't say one single word to her, literally not one. Her pedi was 15 minutes long, no exaggeration. The girl who did my pedi cut my cuticles repeatedly even after I said ow several times. They are not clean, nothing was sanitized, even the bowl I had my feet in with water felt slimy and dirty... bottom line, terrible service all around and definitely do NOT recommend! Don't go here! I was in the area for work and needed my nails filled during my lunch break. I had never been to this place before, but they did a good job! I had a design I wanted done and it turned out pretty well. My only complaint is that she cut my nails a little too short, but great over all! Read Less

I've gone twice now and both times I've ended up with raw cuticles and scabbing around my fingers. I gave them a second chance, expecting the first to be fluke - but it was not. Awful experience and the employees are not friendly. I'll stick to my regular salon. Read Less

I will never ever go back there.. Most of us came out of there bleeding and no skin around our toes and our fingernails. Actually I am embarrassed about the way my nails and my hands look. Not only do they look awful they hurt! I don't think a pedicure and a manicure should hurt when getting one. First and final time I will be giving them my business. Read Less

My wife has been coming there for a few months now. We walked in on 9-3-15 for her usual mani pedi, except this time Noone even spoke to her. 3 ladies came in after us and were immediately waited on.
