Went for a pedicure. The technician was rough. Decided to use the metal to scrub my feet without asking me. I had to tell her to trim the side of my big toes to get to the overgrown cuticles. I had nail polish on my skin. The end result of her polish job looks like what my 8 year old would do. Omg! She did not even attempt to pretend to massage my legs. First time customer. Took my mom here for a manicure and got a no chip for myself. The lady was very nice and receptive to my request of soaking off my previous no chip instead of using a tool to file it off (a place did that to me once and destroyed my nails!) She also had no problem putting an extra 3rd coat on for me to make the colors brighter. They treated my mother and me wonderfully and were so nice and patient with our requests. They took their time to do them right and when she was done with my nails she even made sure to ask that I was completely happy with it- which I was! THEY are VERY UNSANITARY. The lady used the scraper on my feet, rinsed it off and put it back in the drawer! Then after people left from getting a pedicure, the same lady flipped the towel that had been used in half, ready for the next customer. How disgusting is that! I'll never visit this place again. Called to see if there was a wait they said no got here waited for 15-20 minutes! Took me finally to get my nails done no hello talked to her staff the whole Time.stopped working multiple times to respond to staff. Very rough with my hands! I have her, her tip she walks over to another employee throw it at her and says something I didn't understand obviously was 100% about my tip! Then didn't end with a shoulder massage when they did everyone else!! If you want my money you need to pay attention and work well.! Horrible!! The girl who worked on me literally rushed through my pedicure! She didn't do everything a pedicure involves. She cut my toenails down so short it hurt! But she kept going anyway. My toenails didn't even need to be cut. She skipped the foot massage that they usually do and just went to painting. I was literally done in 10 minutes. Nothing relaxing or enjoyable about the whole process. My cousin was with me and she also had the same horrible treatment. Both of us decided we will NEVER go back EVER again!! The only reason I come to this place is because it is convenient. & every time I come I wish that I wouldn't have. I go out of my way to not get a pedicure here simply for the fact that they rush. The pedicure I received was horrible. They had my feet in the water for all of 20 seconds before she started working. She barely trimmed the cuticle! I just couldn't understand why she was moving so fast. I left out before the other ladies who were sitting there before me! Then she asked me if I wanted a regular or sea salt massage. I said regular. She put oil on my legs and rubbed so gently for all of 7 seconds each leg. In my head I'm thinking , "didn't she say massage?" Not a gentle 7 second rub! My nails looked nice when I went but I question how sanitary this salon is. And God forbid you ask a question to one of the rushing nail technicians. They give you attitude. The sad part is I'm not the type to leave reviews , but I've given this salon so many chances and each time It disappoints. I couldn't go without leaving a review this time. Everyone go to Bar Nails in Frankfort! It's so much more cleaner! Pedicures last an hour with a wonderful lengthy, leg massage! It's worth the money & time! I went here to get a no chip manicure. Within 24 hours multiple nails had chipped or peeled. Went back to get them fixed, waited over an hour to get them done. I am not sure if their nail polish is old or why they chipped so soon but I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

Was a customer here for the past seven years until recently. The past few months I have had nothing but negative outcomes, and it even got to the point where the nail tech clearly didn't know how to do acrylics. A week ago, a nail tech did my acrylics and did not even bother to sand them down, as a result my nails have been torn underneath. I loved this place and had no complaints for years, but it's obvious they have new management now and I will no longer be returning because of this. It's not bad. Very convenient for me and $15 for a pedi. I have mixed reviews for their customer service. One woman was great, even gave me a shoulder massage, while another time I went, this woman made me feel kind of uncomfortable and wasn't very friendly. She did a mediocre job. My nails chipped within a day. They didn't do as nice of a job as other's have prior. I could have done them better myself. No pampering. I paid extra for foot and leg massage . No hand cream or massage. Basically a waste of money and my time. Read Less

I have visited this place sporadically over the last 5 years or so. I am increasingly disappointed with every visit. Two days ago I got a really pretty no-chip manicure, but two major problems: first, the nail technician cut me when trimming my cuticles (just muttered a "sorry" and moved on. Didn't try to clean the cut or stop the bleeding or anything.) , and second, today I noticed one nail has a chip and the other is peeling. On a no-chip manicure? For $33?? No way will I be returning to Perfect Nails. This is far from perfect. I give 2 stars because they try to accommodate for your interests (I showed a pic of the design I wanted, and the nail tech helped me find the right gel colors and tried to do ombré - although the technique was not totally successful, it was cute.)I will return to the shop today to see if they will help fix this manicure. I've came here off and on for years and I love the nail art they do as well as the price. When I went today the lady I had was very rude. She didn't even finish painting my nails before moving on to do someone else's. So I walked out ans paid without my nails complete. I won't be back again.
