I'm torn. I come here for brows and they do a good job. I just had a no chip mani and pedi for the first time and the man who did my nails was on his phone (making calls and texting) and talking w his colleagues the whole time (rolling his chair over, leaning over...)- my service was second thought. The lady owner was so mean. She started small talking me in English and then talked to her coworker in Mandarin. She was very rude. She didnt finish doing her work. I could tell that she wished she had another job because she kept asking about my personal life. Not worth it. I also felt that everyone there was so into themselves a lot. I just wanted to go there to get my nails done not feel like I am inferior because I dont know what she is laughing about and talking about to her coworker in Mandarin. Outstanding!! Called around 2 to see if they had any openings for pedicures.. sure enough she told me to come on in. About 25 minutes from me but, it was well worth the drive and experience. Very clean atmosphere and sterile (+) equipment. The staff was friendly and attentive. That peppermint pedi/massage was so relaxing and well overdue! The staff was AMAZING from the very beginning, greeting me before I could get all the way inside; quickly ascertaining what I wanted; and urgent about getting me started! The massage chair is great - once you figure out how to turn of the weird bottom and thigh massage in the seat lol ... The utensils (they had to use the cheese grater on my feet ) come out of individual packs. The folks will put polish on their own nails to ensure that the color you've selected is truly the one you want. And ️EVERYONE was nice - smiling and tireless as they attended to every request. I really enjoy coming to this hidden gem. The atmosphere is inviting. There are loads of color options. Some of, certainly not all, are very pleasant and engage in conversations. I deducted one star because my satisfaction with the No Chip Manicure varies. Some technicians do it better than others so the consistency is lacking. Other than that, I enjoy Bars Nails. Read Less

I actually visited this nail shop on the bases of the yelp reviews which were stellar. However I can't say my experience was quite the same! I was told that the acrylic full set pricing was $30 so I got the acrylic nails although I was told they wouldn't last as long and they would take longer to dry. I originally was going to get a French manicure but I changed my mind midway and decided on a more natural look. The nail tech accommodated the changed and the request. The reason why I am writing a bad review has to do with the honesty --I was told one price but when I checked out he claimed he was giving me a discount and charged me $45 how is 45 dollars a discount to a supposed $30 service??? Doesn't add up? I paid the money and quickly left but I will never return. In the future it would be nice to have your pricing posted especially for first time customers. I don't mind paying money when it comes to good service but I am bothered by lies and deception. Read Less

This place is AWESOME!  5 of us went here the day before my daughter's wedding for Mani Pedis.  We were all treated like royalty.  The staff was so friendly.  The place was immaculately clean.  We were all so pleased and impressed.  It is always a gamble trying out a new salon and we sure got lucky with this one.  I only wish they were closer as this would become my go to salon without a doubt. Saw the reviews on yelp so I decided to try them.  I LOVE the idea that they put plastic in bowel so your feet aren't in same as customer before.The owner was very friendly & came up to me to introduce himself since I was a new client.  He also called me back from his cell phone since the office one he couldn't hear me when I called for an appointment.  I thought that was very nice!I would recommended this place to my friends & family.  The foot massage was very nice too! Today was my first visit to this nail salon and I got an upgraded pedicure, the Milk & Honey Exotic Pedicure.  The pedicure was great and the color selection was phenomenal.  There was well over a 100 different colors to choose from, which far surpasses many other salons I have gone to in the past.  They actually line the water bowl with a plastic bag for sanitary purposes, which I think is a great idea.  The nail techs were all very personable.  I would highly recommend trying this nail salon.  I will definitely go back the next time I get my nails done. This is my new favorite nail place! Tried it out today with my mom. Great selection of polish colors, friendly staff, and no waiting. We both got the peppermint pedicures and it's definitely worth it compared to any other salons "basic" pedicure for a similar price range. I've been to Asian Nail places, and this is the best one I've been to. It was very clean and the salon was professionally decorated. The spa chairs had space in between them, they weren't bunched together. They have the latest technology for nails, no-chip. It's awesome, my nails are so much stronger. Everyone is professional, and if a person is not licensed to do a particular service they are not allowed to do it, however they are allowed to stand by and watch and learn. My favorite nail place!!
