They do a decent job on pedicures but if you want fake nails I would recommend going somewhere else.

Went to a few different stylists and was not of fan of either. The environment is like any other salon. I guess it depends on who you get for the cut/color.

I go here to get my nails done by Karen. Karen is awesome. She is patient with me and will not let me leave the salon until I am satisfied with my nails. She is humble and I enjoy the conversations...
I go here to get my nails done by Karen. Karen is awesome. She is patient with me and will not let me leave the salon until I am satisfied with my nails. She is humble and I enjoy the conversations we have. Her prices are very reasonable and I continue to go back because she is an awesome nail tech and because I enjoy just chatting with her.

Emma is AMAZING!! Currently live in Wi but had visited family in Il. I don't normally go to salons but got lucky being squeezed in for my spontaneous haircut during my Mom's appt. Emma is a genius with shears and is such a friendly, fun and kind stylist. I will continue visiting her for all of my hair needs and happily recommend her to every one. I LOVE YOU EMMA YOU ROCK!

I have gotten facials here by Liz. They are honestly AMAZING- a little bit of a massage is given to. My skin always feels and looks great after.

I tried this place although it did not have any reviews. (Experiences vary based on the person/situation but they help me alot) First off, I was pleased to get a call back for an appt being it was so last minute. Secondly, I was very pleased with the service I received from Liz for a facial. The microdermabrasion/facial was amazing. She took her time and made me feel very relaxed. I felt her passion for her work. Her overall customer service was professional, friendly and very welcoming. I would definitely go back. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was about 5 minutes after I arrived when I was finally greeted and asked to be helped but my overall experience with Liz was GREAT!
