Today (my birthday ) was my first time in here I came for a full set and pedicure for me and a Medi pedi for my daughter I was happy because it wasn't very packed (so I'm confused as to why she rushed on my nails) the owner did my nails when I say she literally glued on my tips and lay acrylic over my nails and polish them she did not buff my nails at all so they were extremely fat she also put the wrong color on my nails (I asked for chrome polish) so she sent me to another man to polish them the right color as he was painting my nails he constantly told me how hungover he was because he had too much to drink last night he never took the old polish off my nails are extremely horrible and I paid over a $100 for me and my daughter my pedicure was done by Anthony who was awesome all around great customer service I just wish he would find a better shop to work in I had to go to another shop ( and pay $30) to fix what they messed up because I refuse to let them touch me again she didn't seem at all worried about how I felt when I tell her I did not like my nails I would never go back heads up to anyone else going there Read Less

I love Lynn. I have been with her for over 10yrs. I've been going to her since high school. While I don't get my nails done anymore, she always does good with my eyebrows, and I go there ever so often for my feet. I'm so glad she's up here now and not in Cahokia, that drive was quite the distance for me! Read Less

The quality of work was good, but the conversations and questions were not appropriate for some of the clientele. The owner of the establishment was particularly invasive. I appreciate that some of the clients are regulars, but the conversation was rude and racist. The man that did my friend's nails flirted with her and asked somewhat personal questions, which was uncomfortable. There was also a nauseating smell coming from the back of the establishment (we assume that it was noodles). It took two uncomfortable hours for a pedicure and manicure! I love this nail salon!!! I LOVE THIS FAMILY!!!! Lynn always does her best to accommodate everyone! Kenneth is my favorite nail tech and Ms. Anne and Kim do amazing peducures!!! Lady was very rude. Was never asked if I wanted my nails cut down and she charged me an extra $3 to do it. Was very jerky, I've been getting my nails done for 2 years at different places and never had such a bad experience. Will never be back Read Less
