I had a shellac (gel) manicure for almost two weeks now and the color stays on my nails really good. None of them are chipping except for the bottom of my nails have to grow out. I work with my hands a lot and this product saves my life. Read Less

Poor service barely a pedicure nails filed uneven. Mancure even worse, used rough file and piece of my nails ripped up. Left dead skin around nails. Asked for French on toes and she complained my nails were to short, after she cut them. Very rude and talked about me in another language, unfortunately for them I understood every word! Beware smiling to your face while calling you names and sloppy work. Yes they're cheap, but you get what you pay for. This is the third time I have been to this nail salon for a pedicure. The first time I came in I had a wonderful experience. The young man that gave me my pedicure was so nice and friendly and gave me a wonderful pedicure.   The second time the lady was so thorough and spent so much time on my pedicure. It looked great, but it chipped a few days later which may have been my fault. It doesn't usually chip that easily or quickly. Today I went in to get a pedicure on a weekday afternoon and they were very busy. The lady rushed through my pedicure and it also hurt some when she was cutting down my callous and clipping skin because she was in such a hurry. She was fairly friendly, but was watching the tv while doing my pedicure. I think she was more interested in the tv.   After I let my toes dry and was ready to go I looked down and noticed that there was polish on my toes in a couple of places and that the polish job was not smooth in places and is also on the cuticles. A lady was waiting for a pedicure in the chair next to me and when finished with me she started her pedicure. I also didn't get the hot towel on my legs like they usually do. I was talking to another customer about my service and no employee cared to ask if I was unhappy with my service even though they had to know I wasn't happy. I have tipped very well the two previous times I have been here in order to keep getting good service. After I left I was talking to a couple of other customers and they were appalled at how sloppily my toes were painted. I may go somewhere else to get them repainted. I have been recommending this salon , but will no longer do so since service is inconsistent! Read Less

When I arrived I was greeted immediately however after specificing I wanted Gel Acrylics, he did not ask me to choose a color. He jerked my hands around. Watched videos on his phone the whole time. I told him I wanted almond shaped nails and he refused saying they wouldn't look good on me. Then he did an awful job on my nails; my nails are uneven, extremely thick, and he could not paint in the lines of my nails. I am very disappointed in my experience. NOT HAPPYWell I tried a new place for my nails yesterday and well...NO. Soo I waited about 30 mins before i got seen. The lady who did my nails didn't cut my nails down and I asked her 2. She always checked her phone every 5 seconds. I felt like she rushed my nails. Today on Tuesday while I'm at work one of my nails is about to break off and mind you I just got these done yesterday. I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is a joke and should be shut down. Not only does it look like a meth addicts trailer, the associates have no idea what they are doing. I paid $33 bucks for a fill and gel polish. I would have received better results from a blind and def woman. Kind of reminds me of the "nail salon and massage parlor" in Swansea. the staff is so friendly! I called 10 minutes ahead of time and they said they weren't busy and could fit me in. Although it does take a while, you know they are doing a good job and really making sure you enjoy your experience! I would definitely recommend this place! Read Less

I received a gel manicure from here today and it looked like a child did it. I have not even had the gel on for 24 hours and it is already starting to peel up. I do not recommend anyone going here unless you want to experience a complete waste of time and money. Read Less

It was awful. I get my nails done every two weeks, I decided to try this place because the yelp review was 4 stars. What a mistake. This is one business that does not believe the customer is right. The other lady in the shop wasn't happy and she received different services than me. When he was about to put my acrylic on he didn't bother fixing the air bubbles from my last set. I had to address it to be fixed. Then I asked them to put another coat of no chip on and they refused to do so. I'm a paying customer.. If I want another coat it doesn't seem to be too much to ask. He told me my nails are supposed to be see through. Wow. The color I picked on the wheel of slim pickings for no chip was not the color I received on my nails. I would suggest updating the colors you are presenting if they aren't accurate! To top it off... My nails are still sticky, clearly he didn't seal them well enough with the polish remove when we were done!!! Never will I be back. I really like this place. They very nice. Been coming here 2 summers now. They lady that did my pedi today was so sweet. I will ask for her next time. I took my girls to a different place in April. I've been to this nail salon twice.The first time I went there, the lady was nice and attentive. I got a fill with gel polish and a pedicure. It wasn't a bad wait and my nails lasted a relatively long time.When it was time for my fill, I had a bad experience. The guy rushed on my nails badly. He painted on my cuticles and wasn't evenly polished. When I asked for a design (a heart) he said, "I don't think you want me to do that." So I changed my mind on the design.Afterwards, I went to get my eyebrows done. Big mistake! She waxed off 90% of my eyebrows. I left really unsatisfied and displeased. I recently moved to the Brentwood area and I was so excited to try this nail salon, as it's about 3 blocks from my home.  First time I went they charged me 52.00 for a shellac manicure because he had to 3 coats of the polish because I wanted glitter on top of mani, so she charged me TWO mani's for putting a coat of glitter on top of the nails....then she harrassed me for having to pay with my CC and not cash for her tip.  She wouldn't let it go, she kept saying " you don't have ANY cash?  We get taxed on the credit card, we really need a cash tip." It made me very uncomfortable and she made me feel very guilty. Very desperate and unprofessional.Well, I thought this was maybe a fluke incident, so I tried again last Saturday, 2/15/14, and got a shellac mani and pedi...I don't get pedicures in the winter because I want my feet to look good, I do it for the pampering.  I probably sat in the pedi chair for 7 minutes total.  It was the most half-ass job I've ever had, she let my feet soak, gave me about a 30 second foot massage and then put on the polish, which looks fantastic, but I needed a little more TLC.  It went the same with my mani, he shlopped on some lotion and did one squeeze of each hand and I was done.  At Ladue Nails for the same amount of money you get a coolant put on you feet, they scrub your feet, they get rid of the callouses, they clip/shape the nails, they wrap my legs with a hot towel, they do a pumice  and then do a good 5 minute foot massage with oils.  I do not recommend this place. I have been to this nail salon twice. The people here do not use clean instruments to cut or care for your nails. I was there when several other people where there. The technicians passed cuticle scissors, nail-cutters, emory boards and nail sanders around without even wiping them off. It was totally gross!!
