This is probably my new favorite nail salon. It is absolutely beautiful inside with everything updated and very spacious. They are friendly and ask you questions which is very nice. I got an acrylic fill in and the guy did them extremely fast, I was impressed. He did tell me I was good to go after drying them for about 15 mins and after I left and got home I ended up smudging one of them. My girlfriend went here to get her eye brows waxed very unsanitary place!!! Double dipped the wax with the same wax stick. Her eye brows turned extremely red and swelled up. So she calls them the guy laughs at her says to go to doctor if she swelled and hangs up. Any knowledgable and professional place knows not to re use sticks and double dip in wax used for everyone else. Save yourself an infection and go to a professional qualified place. She gets her nails done every 2 weeks as well as eye brows and this place will not be getting her business anymore and they shouldn't get yours. Read Less

Where do I even begin! Nails Spa is the best, and always does right by me to make sure my nails look perfect for all occasions. NAIL SPA IS THE BEST NAIL SALON THAN ANY OTHERS ELSE. I couldn't believe that the service here is so great. When i walked in, i was welcomed. And my mani lasts for a week (I washed my hands a lot). LOVE Nails Spa ! From the decor to the music to the nail services, this is definitely a winning salon. I'm obsessed with manicures and nail art, but often find ideas to nail salons, I either leave sans nail art (because they don't do that kind of stuff at the salon) or shoddy nail art. Either way, I'm dissatisfied. Dripped is not that kind of salon. They have nail tech/artists that can do amazing things. And they stay current with the trends. They aren't pushing crappy colors on you, telling you it looks good when it doesn't. I found Nails Spa through Yelp and read some of the reviews so I decided to give it a try! I have yet to find a nail salon close to home that I like for a shellac pedicure. The salon is located at Evergreen Park . Nails Spa was pretty much empty when I got there because it was the middle of the week around 1:00 p.m. I was greeted by a nail tech who asked to sign in a choose my color. Nails Spa is pretty big with the manicure tables in the middle and a row of pedicure chairs on each side. Walls separate the areas for more privacy. Everything was standard compared to other places. It looks clean and the techs are nice, friendly and funny. I loved it! My feet feel super smooth, moisturized and relaxed! I did get an offer from a massage tech for a FREE neck and shoulder massage but I declined since those type of massages are not my thing. Overall, it was a tranquil and fun atmosphere! They did a great job with my nails. Plus, I feel like I spent a pretty good amount of time there, at least more than other salons I've gone. I've been going here for a while. The service is OK - they're always crowded, especially for pedicures. I have my podiatrist cut my toenails because I am a diabetic. On 6/2, I went in for a pedicure I specifically told the tech NO DIGGING. As he started the pedicure, he asked if I wanted my toenails cut (I got them cut 3 days prior-they didn't even have time to grow yet!). I said no. Then he got to messing with my cuticles. I told him to stop - don't touch the cuticles. He didn't seem to understand, so I reached down and told him again - no cutting! But the damage was already done. He had cut very close to the skin, and had nipped the skin. He finished the pedicure, and I left. Within couple of hours, my toe was swollen. On Saturday I put some Neosporin on it because it was even more swollen. On Sunday, I couldn't put a shoe on-I had to wear flip flops to church! Had a Drs appointment on Monday morning and had my doctor look at it. She said it was infected! I would be very careful getting pedicures here. I don't know if they sterilize the tools they use, or if they disinfect the bowls that you soak your feet in! They're supposed to do both! I went to NAIL SPA yesterday morning, my nails were a mess because it had been weeks since I had been busy with my job. I'm so glad that's what we did instead of trying to repair what I had. The pink and white came out beautiful!!! I also had the fancy pedicure, it was so relaxing. NAIL SPA has to be the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to, no dust anywhere! Currently getting a pedicure now. I agree with all of the previous reviews-service is inconsistent. I came at opening time in order to receive a decent pedicure, and that didn't happen. The polish job I received was sloppy and basic, and the pedicure was nothing to write home about. If you do come here do not let the older lady in the shop do your nails. She is not good! Read Less

Very Rude!! I read the reviews and overall they suggested the staff was nice but be careful who you choose because some of the technicians do sloppy work. So my first time in I didn't know who to choose and while I was picking a color a guy with red hair was kind of rushing me to pick it. I replied it's my first time here and I'm trying to choose the right tech and color. After that he took the lady that walked in after me, which was fine. So, I made a call to a friend who recommended this nail salon and she said the red haired guy did good nails. I went up to him and asked if he can do mine we he got the chance. The card at the pedicure station I am sitting at clearly says premium spa pedicure package is  $30.00.  I told the technician that's what I wanted.  She acted as if she didn't know what I'm talking about at first then said service is $35.  I told her that I can only go by price on card and that it was already written in a different that I didn't make it up.  She took card to front desk and he brought back a different card that said the service is $45.00!!! I come here for tranquility, the later hours and the way they handle my problem toe; but they should have honored the price on the card.  Plus this time she seemed to have a hard time figuring out the toe and took it for granted that I did not want an upgraded service. I love going here have been going for a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else nails are amazing I've just had cats eye nails in blue the staff are really friendly last year I even tasted Andrews homemade xmas cake with a choice of cheese !!! This use to be a really great spot to get your nails done. This place use to be clean, swift, and produce great work. This is definitely not the case anymore. I believe they are under new management and now their work is sloppy, no longer offer incentives to customers like water and punch card for discounted services. Clean facility, up to date nail & pedicure stations, a few dollars above the average, fairly friendly staff, quiet.Subpar skills. I'm not sure what's so hard about an even coat of polish, symmetrical nail shape and removing ALL the dead skin and cuticle. There was nobody waiting so I'm not sure why my tech rushed through my mani-pedi. However, the tech that did my boyfriends mani-pedi did a good job and took her time. It seems that they both had their own techniques, which is odd in a salon if you want consistent results. My pedicure was okay. Not up to my standards, but it seems like this is a lost art. This is my favorite nail shop. Mainly because of *****. I refuse to reveal her name because she's busy enough! I have to make appointments to get to her lol. She's the only one I prefer to do my nails. Lobos is my second choice. Kevin does good work as well. I would've given 5 stars but I've had a bad experience with their other technicians not being as neat.Like other reviews stated you never know what you're going to get. Ive been here a couple times and its very inconsistent depending on who you get. Also, at times unprofessional, one lady as I sat down waiting for her to start she had to make two phone calls with headphones in and as she grabs my hand to look at them with a file in her hand im thinkin okay were starting, but i was wrong she starts filing her own finger! After she was done she started my manicure. But in the end sometimes you get a good manicure so its just convenient for me to stop here sometimes after work. Very rude, went in to get eyelash extensions and also eyebrow waxing, the lady was very rude, she did my eyelashes very thin, I then explained to her that they were way to thin. She put two more lashes on and sent me on my way. These lashes last from 2pm to 7pm and they start to lift and fall off. I went back to the shop the next day and they refused to do ANYTHING about the situation at hand, the lady even went as low as to tell me that I went home and took them off so I have to pay another $15 on top of the $35 I paid in the first place.
