This place changed their business name on Yelp, because they had SO MANY bad reviews!! They used to be on here as "Savi Nails." Please beware!! Here's my review:You guessed it, I found this salon through Groupon! Despite the reviews, I decided to take a chance - $30 for a no-chip, $20 for a regular mani/pedi, and it's close to home... it was worth a shot!I've been here 5 times (4 too many!), and I've had no-chip & regular mani-pedis. My first experience was good. There is a petite Hispanic girl who works there, and she did a nice job. She was friendly and professional - plus she took the time to massage my hands, arms, feet, and legs. My nails looked great. I went back for a second no-chip, and after about a week, I noticed that the polish had started turning yellow (it was pink once upon a time)... weird. And ugly. I'm not really sure why this happened? After that I decided to just stick with regular mani-pedis. What a disappointment! My nails chipped after a day... all 3 times. Even so, I must say that the employees really do their best to please the customers. I actually feel bad for them, because it's clear that this salon is poorly managed. Here we go....Every time I have been there, the nail techs were also working as receptionists - this is a serious problem! They have to leave their customers, mid service, to answer the phone. Appointments are also, ALWAYS, overbooked; the longest that I have ever waited is 30 minutes, but I've seen other customers sit there for over an hour (with a scheduled appointment!). It's no wonder that they have scheduling problems.. hire a receptionist!!!Also, their polish options are awful! And I mean AWFUL. They don't have very many colors (unless you're into dark polish, green, or blue), and the selection for no chip is even more limited. Their nail polish is old. They are constantly adding a thinning agent to the bottles, which is probably why my polish chipped after a day.The girls are always running around to look for things that they need, your toes will be separated with toilet paper, and hygiene/proper sanitation is definitely not high on this salon's priority list!! And by that, I mean that I've NEVER seen them sanitize a tool after using it on a customer - they just throw it right back into the drawer and take it out to use on the next customer. I shouldn't have overlooked these things... it's disgusting. Also, they don't use new towels for each pedicure.. they simply refold it, flip it over, and use it on the next customer.Last, but not least, some of the staff members, and DEFINITELY the owner (just read her Yelp responses!), have a nasty attitude towards Groupon customers. If you don't want Groupon customers in your salon then DON'T offer services on Groupon!!! Oh, by the way, the price that you pay for a salon service just depends on the individual who happens to answer the phone. Read Less
