Today was my first visit and sadly it will be my last. I had a luxe pedicure done with jelly and I loved the outcome. The nail tech really took her time. That's the two stars.. Next, I headed off for a full gel set with french tips. Mind you, this was my first time in years getting a full set. I usually wear my natural nails with no chip polish. I should have kept that routine especially since the nail tech kept trying to persuade me out of it. Anyway, my nails at the end of the gel full set were horrible. All the nails are wide, lumpy and misshapen. I spent a total of a $120.00 in this establishment. The nails looked like duck flippers and the pedicure was the only thing worth showing off. The guy working the counter who I assume is the manager asked how I liked my nails and I was honest with him - I hated them. The wierd thing was he seemed to already know that before i approached the check out. Could he be hearing the same complaints daily?? Idk, but he finished my sentence before I could even put my hands up. He stated he could have another tech fix my nails but I was in the shop to long already and I just wanted out. If I could give the manager a bit of advice it would be to find the strong suit in each nail tech and let them work in that area only until they show certification receipts that additional training has been learned.This tech was great at pedicures and just that.. All techs working here  could use more training and smile more. This place is very chic with decor but will stay empty due to the lack of talent. Be blessed. Read Less

So they're new to the area and I've been looking for a nail salon that was reasonably priced and didn't feel like you're being rushed. This place surpassed my expectations. So clean, everyone was super friendly. Nora did my nails and she took her time and chit chatted with me while she worked. She had me check my nails every step of the way so that I liked them. Plus, they offer beverages... Which includes wine! It was a nice relaxing 90 minutes to myself. I highly recommend this place and definitely recommend Nora! Read Less

Very clean and respectful girls working there, including the owners! The atmosphere is very friendly and eager to help you! They use very good professional products, which means a lot to me. This place absolutely SUCKS!! The first time I went it was closed. Now I've been back on two separate occasions and have been turned away. The first time I was told they didn't have anyone that can do nails that day Only no chip manicures. Now I'm told they are booked for the day but it is 3:40pm and they close at 5pm. Only 1 person was left to be serviced with 2 techs working. Hmmmmm?!??? So is it just me???? Why open a NAIL shop if you don't have Enough employees?!! Super horrible nail service- I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Although the nail shop looks super cute and friendly, the employees themselves are rude and inexperienced. They were swearing and did not know the basics to doing nails; they were literally experimenting on my sister, mom and I's nails! I spent a total of $100 dollars, which I thought was expensive but I was willing to pay because the place looked nice and I thought they knew what they were doing. However, as the pictures I've posted show.. it was a complete waste of money. I usually don't think twice about how much I spend on my nails, but these nails were so bad that I felt guilty for spending so much on something so bad.As for my mothers nails, she got an acrylic set that looked horrid! I am not being dramatic, anyone could see how bad the shape and attachment of the nail was. The lady did not add enough glue for the artificial nail to stick onto her real nail, and each nail was literally a different shape. She also sliced her skin from the nail file. As for my sister, she didn't clean the dirt from underneath them (although she asked) and she cut her as well!! Instead of trying to fix her mistake, she tried to conceal it because she didn't want to work on it.Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend NO ONE going to this nail shop. Not worth it at all and I guarantee you will not be happy with the results. I feel sad that this place wasn't good, because due to the decor I was expecting some awesome nails.. with the possibility of changing my current nail shop.
