Worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Went in at four pm on a Monday for a pedicure. Lady quickly sat me in a chair and filled the basin. The water wasn't even warm but no one ever asked or was even there for me to tell them. I sat for over twenty minutes in room temperature water (not an exaggeration, actually timed it) with no one helping me. Eventually I got up to walk out and they were surprised. Well you've ignored me for twenty minutes and never even told me there would be a wait. First time here and definitely the last. I urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Read Less

IF I Could give the Lowest rating I would I usually go to the Nail salon in Rosemont it's called Lee Nails they are the best. Figure SINCE I stay out this way I would try something different me an my husband went for a pedicure an what we wanted done we couldn't get done we had to pick a package so stardard is $25 and the deluxe is $40 which includes the scrubbing on your feet an they charge me $5.00 to remove my nail polish from nails isn't that apart of the pedicure. I went in last night to get a full set acrylic nails. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. The man who worked on my nails did it in such a rush and didn't take his time to pay attention to detail. When it came time to paying, the bill came back at $30... I believed I was falsely charged since the service booklet states it's $25... I didn't get a no chip or any other additional services to make it $30. I don't mind paying that amount if the job was well done, but the paint job was a bit messy and my cuticles weren't even cut. Not coming here again. Read Less

Sadly this place has gone down hill tremendously. Years ago this was THE place to get a beautiful pedicure and no chip manicure. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the quality of their work was top notch. That is no longer the case. The believe the main reason things have plummeted is because of the new owner. He is unbelievably rude. Extremely unprofessional in every way. From his work to how he handles his customers and staff. Many of the talented staff members have moved onto other facilities and I would bet it had everything to do with this new owner. I saw that this was walk in welcome, came in, not many customers, I had called for my appointment but my friend did not- he told her that she needs to call in advance next time for a simple set. Then as he begins to do my nails, is filling my previous set, cut every cuticle, was super rough. The entire time he complained that this wasn't his job and he shouldn't be doing it. When I handed him a credit card for payment he said, well I can't get a tip from this... Well I'm sorry sir I wasn't informed I couldn't tip via card??? Syke how should I have known? I had the worst experience today at luxury nails. I have been there in the past and stop going because I felt as though they stopped doing a good job. However, I received a gift card for Christmas and decided to use it today on a dip manicure. I was very disappointed with the experience and the end result. It started with a guy who started to rush to take off my old no chip. He then immediately began to paint my nails for the dip. He was going so fast and I could tell the nails looked sloppy. He used so many coats, and did not clean around the nail that my nails are now so thick and has glue all around them, and underneath the nail. When it began time to file them he used the electric file to trim my cuticules and he made me bleed on 3 of my nails. I also asked him to file them a certain way which he could just not seem to do. While I was waiting for him to finish he started to do another persons nails! So I sat there and waited. He rubbed lotion on my forearm (which hurt more than it felt good) and told me to wash my hands. I went to wash my hands and when I came back he went back to the other customer. I ask if he was done and he said yes. So I walked up to the front and waiting 5 min to pay. When someone came to check me out I asked if there was something to take all the glue off my nails and she said no, it’ll come off throughout the day. I paid with my gift card and left. I will not return, not even to use the rest of my gift card. I never write reviews, and I always try to make the best out of situations, but this was rediculous. Read Less

Called to make a appointment, super easy no hassle. Got there and quickly was serviced. Its your average nail salon but with better talant and inside is very nice. Went as first time customer for a pedicure and it was great! The lady took her sweet time with massage which is exactly what I needed while 8 months pregnant. I gave only 4 stars because I noticed some of their nail polishes were water down. Otherwise would recommend it! Read Less

My mom received a rush manicure from the older man who directs everyone to their tables.  She ended up with an open wound on one of her cuticles and another sore cuticle on a different finger.  I know accidents happen, but this was not acceptable.I've been coming here to get my nails done for a long time.  Most of the technicians are quite skilled and then you have the people who really take their time and do beautiful work.  I was really disappointed to see how much pain this person caused my mother's otherwise healthy and strong nails.  If it wasn't for the other good people who work here and don't injure their clients, I would have given this review one star. My best friend and I came into this place at 5:30 to get manicures and weren't seated until 6:45. The nail technicians did a very quick job on our nails, and the massage was horrible -it was very rough. Might as well not given a massage, because I was just going through pain. My friends nails look like she didn't even get them done professionally -they didn't clean up the edges or nothing. We were about the first ones that walked in before the whole rush and yet we were the last ones to leave. The only reason we came to this nail salon was because I've been here before and I love their nail color selection, but after today I'm just going to buy my own nail polish and go somewhere else. This place has lost both of our business! Also, one of the nail techs was complaining how it was so busy! Maybe this place is nice but my experience was not pleasant. I did not like the person who gave me a pedicure it was an older lady with glasses and she kept a mask and gloves on the entire time. Luxury just lost a LOYAL CUSTOMER. The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. When i asked to speak to the owner she hung up on me. I made an appointment with Tran nails on North and 83. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The only reason I went to luxury was because I liked my nail tech other than that the place is dumpy and the techs talk back n forth constantly which is not relaxing nor worth my time or money ever again! I went on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and I got a pedicure. First off, the nail polish is fine, but the actual pedicure was not. At least not later. Well during the pedicure my nail tech kept talking to the nail tech next to her, no big deal, she was still paying attention to my feet. It was a short timed pedicure and I didn't think anything of it. Later on when I got home I noticed my feet didn't feel soft. (Everyone touches their feet after a pedicure because they are just so soft!) Well that wasn't the case for me. I will NOT be going to this place anymore. For $50 pedicure, they did a bad job. The owner was very rude and disrespectful i asked him to do my daughter nails in a chrome finish instead of showing me how it would look with sample nails he continued to tell me the price I told him the price was not the issue i wanted to make sure it turns out right he continued to try an over talk me i told him that would be ok we would get our nails done eles where he made the worker stop doing our pedicures. I complimented someone I work with on her silver metallic nails and asked where she got them done...it was this place.  I was super excited about getting my own no-chip chrome metallic manicure so I called & made an appointment, only I didn't ask how much this particular manicure cost....my appointment was at 6pm on a Monday - there was no wait, but the place was semi-crowded so probably good to make an appointment anyway.  When I got there I questioned the metallic options and I was told for 10 fingers $50!!!! Unless that manicure is lasting a good month or more...I don't think so.  I settled for a no-chip manicure which was $35, and I was very happy with it.  It was done last night so now to see how long it lasts.This place is pretty big, HUGE selection of nail polish & clean.  I don't live in the area, but of you're considering this place, it wasn't bad at all. Went on the Dec 21st to have them manicured and the polish was chipping off by Dec 26th.  Went back to have them fix it and they refused.  20 years of having my nails done and they said they didn't care they weren't going to fix them.  I've never had this happen this bad.  They try to upsell the No chip.  The no chip hasn't been around that long. I went here for my sisters pre wedding nail day. We had about 8 ppl paying for deluxe mani/pedis and some waxings. Expensive day yeah? One lady was rather rude to my (non bride) sister; aggressive-wouldn't answer questions-just seemed bothered to have us there. I have been going here for years now. This place beats anyone else around. I usually get the pink and white French tips and never have I had an issue with them breaking or chipping. I refuse to go any where else. All the services they provide top any other salon I've been to (eyebrows, pedi, manicure, acurlic, etc). The entire staff is very generous. Highly recommended. Read Less
