Amazing! Workers are friendly and my nails stayed on for a month! However the equipment isn’t quite the cleanest and the shop is messy.

They are the BEST! Beautiful hand painted designs available. Get wonderful compliments. Take their time....The polish holds up on toes for weeks!

As a Mystery Shopper, I went into this establishment, and stood at the front for 5 minutes, with NEVER AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. 3 technicians had customers, and 1, who had nobody, just stared at me. No one...
As a Mystery Shopper, I went into this establishment, and stood at the front for 5 minutes, with NEVER AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. 3 technicians had customers, and 1, who had nobody, just stared at me. No one said a word to me. After 5 minutes, (and Yes, I timed it), I walked out. Needless to say, that is exactly what my report states.

Kim is the best ! I go here for my acrylics all the time! & I love her ! She does the coffin shape perfectly . Which I've struggled finding a good nail tech that can perfect the coffin and square nail...

Such a terrible experience here, they are rude and have no type of customer service skills.
They ignore customers' concerns and don't even bother to offer to fix the mistakes that these nail techs C...
Such a terrible experience here, they are rude and have no type of customer service skills.
They ignore customers' concerns and don't even bother to offer to fix the mistakes that these nail techs CLEARLY made. We pay a good amount of money to get our nails done, the least they can do is try and work something out in order to make their customer's happy.

If I could give them a zero I would. I sat there for a half hour waiting to get a fill while one lady played on her tablet and one guy was playing clash of clans. I finally asked if someone was going ...
If I could give them a zero I would. I sat there for a half hour waiting to get a fill while one lady played on her tablet and one guy was playing clash of clans. I finally asked if someone was going to do my nails. The guy volunteered and did a HORRIBLE job! He left flat spots, the nails are completely uneven and after 4 days the no chip paint started chipping. I was there a total of 5 minutes shy of 4 hours for a pedicure and fill. I had to work so I didn't have time to sit around and wait for them to fix my nails. I will never go back there. What a shame too because I just moved out here and was looking for a good salon. I guess a nail salon in Walmart should have warned me to begin with.
