My first time in was last week to get a full set of acrylics. She cut my finger when pushing down the cuticles and cut my nails clear down to the quick. I asked her to file the acrylics down but she left them long, jagged, sharp, and uneven - even leaving chunks of acrylic under them and on my skin. After painting them, she threw my wallet, keys, and phone on the floor next to a chair and told me to sit under the dryer. She only let me sit under the light/dryer for about 2 minutes tops before i was ushered out the door very rudely. I got my nails done 6 DAYS ago and they're already coming off and cracking apart in the middle. I've never had nails do that before let alone come off so quickly. I won't be back.

The worst customer service I ever experienced. I walked out after I sat and waited while they called other people who arrived after I did. On a prior visit, they made me wait almost 45 minutes (they acknowledged me entering the salon and told me to pick a color, but never gave me the courtesy of informing me there might be a wait). I finally asked how much longer and they couldn’t give me a straight answer, so I left. There was no respect for my time whatsoever. I had my nails done here twice before by a young woman who did a good job, but it is evident my business is unimportant here, so I’ll take it elsewhere. I won’t be back and do not recommend.

This was the worst Pedicure I have ever had! Done in 25 minutes max! Girl talked on her phone the entire time! No massage and terrible paint job Pedicures are supposed to be a treat... this was a joke...

I went to this place after my nails where butchered by Malibu nails and she performed a miracle and fixed my nails and they were gorgeous!! Five stars definitely!

Very rude staff. My sisters, daughter, granddaughter and I arrived around 3:00 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24 for pedicures and waited about 45 minutes for the first chairs to open up. We were having a great day and didn't really mind the wait. There was a disgruntled customer so they put her in a chair in front of my sister, causing further delay to our group. Furthermore, I tried to point out a flaw with my pedicure and the gal was argumentative, I had to ask for the file to fix the flaw and she still argued. My granddaughter is only five and we wanted to share her first big girl experience but the disgruntled customer and the other nail techs (and I use that term loosely) chattered and sneered at my granddaughter the entire time. The "techs" spoke in their native tongue but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to read body language and sneering looks. Very disappointed in the pedicure in general. They rub lotion on your legs and throw a hot towel on for a few minutes. If you want good service and an actual pedicure go somewhere else, like Champaign!True review - NO STARS!! Will not go back!

Sadly I have been there twice and did not have good experiences. The first time the air conditioner was not working and it was not too comfortable . The 2 nd time - the lady - a very young lady - scrubbed my foot so hard it was bleeding and I left with band aids and a sore foot for weeks ..

I have been very satisfied each time I have been there. Staff are open to suggestions. I have been going for nearly a year and have great looking nails each time and and prices are very reasonable.

They 're suck , dirty, and you don't know how much you have to pay, fill in $17.00 but they add up cutting down, nail polish, ..........Finally I paid $28.00 for a fill in . Never go back there.

Do not go to KC Nails. They were rude, it smelled AWFUL in there and they did not even do a good job on anyone's nails. I needed a place to accommodate 10-12 people, day before my wedding, so this seemed to be a great option. It was awful and thankfully everyone i invited was just trying to be nice to not make things worse. The entire experience was terrible and wish I could take it back- but since I can't, I can only recommend to others not to go there. Example: I hated my color, and he was starting the second coat, and I said, I'm sorry, I do not like it. He was the biggest jerk about changing it. I said, well, I brought in all these people who are paying you for services and I am getting married tomorrow- so, please change it. And regardless, the customer is always right and spa services should strive to make customers happy, regardless if they are getting married. From reading other reviews, they will hopefully not be in business much longer. If the health department walks in, they will be closed on the spot!

I recently went here, because it was convenient, and I had an evening free. They accept walk ins, but you do not want to walk in. In addition to the place being dirty, you will not get what you want....
I recently went here, because it was convenient, and I had an evening free. They accept walk ins, but you do not want to walk in. In addition to the place being dirty, you will not get what you want. I requested gel nails, and they told me they were putting gel nails on, but they were in fact acrylic nails. And, they are not at all interested in keeping the integrity of your natural nail. Upon returning, to get a nail fixed, they applied the new nail, and when it was curing (under a real incandescent light bulb- should have been a big red flag), the nail became so hot that it burned me. If you want a great nail salon, where they will take total care of you, go to French Quarter. They are fixing my nails, after they were poorly done there at KC Nails.

My first time in was last week to get a full set of acrylics. She cut my finger when pushing down the cuticles and cut my nails clear down to the quick. I needed a place to accommodate 10-12 people, day before my wedding, so this seemed to be a great option. It was awful and thankfully everyone i invited was just trying to be nice to not make things worse.
