I have been going here for 4 years now, sure are they slow sometimes, yes. They could benefit from staffing more or you can figure out the best times to come in. Horrible.they cut my cuticle and when I went back to inform them about it..they blamed me for the cut.snd tge technician did not apologize or aknowledge the injury.all the coworkers defended her wrong...don't go to this place.mike another techs I'd I dropped sonething on my toe.they are a pathetic group of idiots...at nailhaus..all of them...no one was professional enough to tell the lady that cut me to apologize. Got my first gel manicure here for my FL vacation and wasn't impressed. It took FOREVER to finish because the lady kept answering the phone/attending to people who just walked in/ect. Besides that, I would of rated a 3. The kicker and reason I'm giving them a 1 is because....I left the next day to FL for a week. Day 2 of vacation my nails started changing into a funky color. It literally looked like someone had colored pieces of my nails with markers....which is what they accused me of doing when I went back(the day I got back) to show them "yea, I colored my own nails with markers while on vacation" seriously? Anyway, they fixed them....and proceeded to charge me the whole amount as if I had gotten a whole new gel manicure I refused and they finally, after AGAIN explaining my story, only made me pay half. I'm sorry but as a business owner they should of fixed the mistake on their dime. Needless to say I will never be back to Nail Haus. Read Less

The service here is terrible. After a fill in my nail and the acrylic cracked in half there he used the blade. I called up there and the man who answered said they'll fix it. Once I got there they tried to charge me 10 to fix something that was their fault. Then the man at station 5 caught an attitude because I wouldn't let him pull my broken nail off that was still connected to my skin. He then told me he wasn't fixing my nail. Read Less

I'm not a fan of Nailhous. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had. The nail tech scrubbed all the skin of my heal and made it bleed. Their prices are great. I've heard good things about Lisa so you may want to ask for her if you desire to go there. Read Less

I'm from dc and was just visiting. This place looks tacky from the outside but got one of the best shellac manicures of my life (coming from a shellac addict). Didn't get the guys name but he was great. Barely spoke but was very diligent and paid very close attention to detail. This is place is just ok.  If you're on a budget, go here. I used to go here once a week until one time I had to wait for an opening...no big deal.  Once a technician opened up, I noticed that she had not sanitized the equipment from the client before me. I have been going to this place for about a year now, a little over. Mani/pedi and eyebrows. It is just okay. Their selection of OPI colors looks like a lot, but the colors are all in the same tone... boring. It really depends who you get to do the nails, I really don't like the guys (there are two of them), they go pretty fast. I am shaving off a star, because the last time I was here two days ago, I cried. When the girl was cutting my cuticles, she literally took a piece of my skin off, I swear I didn't want to cry but you know that feeling where it just hurts so much tears start coming down... I was bleeding soooo much!!! She immediately put something to disinfect it and then had to use medical glue to literally glue my skin together, it was sooooo nasty! The bad part is she didn't even give me a discount and I was just too upset to ask for one. Sooo painful! I also have had my eyebrows here too and again it really depends who you get, one time I get them Ok... another time I feel like they are too short and thin, which I don't like...
