Have been a regular at another place for years but it got too busy and customer service got bad. Tried Edwardsville Diamond Nails and they were really sweet, powder dip lasted just as long, more attentive pedicure and half the price. The girls were funny and made it a good time. I am going back to see if they can do some more modern designs (like metallics, chrome, etc. with dips). I'll keep you posted. Not fancy but better.

absolutely HORRIBLE service! lady who did my nails was RUDE, aggressive, and acted annoyed when I asked for a certain way I wanted my nails. also very unsanitary! coming from a lisenced cosmetologist ...
absolutely HORRIBLE service! lady who did my nails was RUDE, aggressive, and acted annoyed when I asked for a certain way I wanted my nails. also very unsanitary! coming from a lisenced cosmetologist you are NOT supposed to use drirty/unsanitized tools on customers it is against the LAW! horrible place I will NEVER go again!

I mean, seriously, I've been to many nail salons and no place has done as good of a job, consistently, as they have.

Great service! Jenny did a great job and I thought the prices were reasonable. They were busy when I walked in, but got me set up. They came by to check on me and apologize for the delay. It was no problem to me because it was nice to just relax. I appreciated that they didn't just set me up then ignore me. I will be returning!

I've tried every nail shop in the area. This is without a doubt the best. Since the new ownership, I've had the best nails. I constantly get compliments on how they look. Highly recommended!

I went to Diamond Nails this evening after a terrible experience at a different nail shop in Edwardsville. They promptly sat me down and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. The girls here are very nice and friendly and do a fantastic job. This will be my new regular nail shop.

In 2015 the shop changed owners. Now family owned and operated. Excellent service. Never have a problem with chipping nails. My fills last 2-3 weeks.

I have went to a good 5 nail salons in the metro east area trying to find the perfect one & have many bad experiences. This is now the only salon I will go to!! The ladies are very nice & go to the effort to learn your name and ask how your day is. They also do a great job :) love how my nails and eyebrows look every time!!!

Today was the first time I didn't have a good experience here :( and it was due to the fact that they were short staffed. I requested a mani and pedi when the arrived however didn't receive the mani due to the lack of staff. Two staff members left and there were only three ladies covering 10+ customers. Customers are waiting 30+ minutes for their pedicures.... At this point I'm not sure I'll return :(

4 of us went in to get mani and pedis and were left to sit for over an hour in the pedi chairs waiting for our manis. The manis on all of our hands were subpar. Chipped easy and was lumpy and the french tips were uneven and thick in spots and thin in spots. Will not return.

Have been a regular at another place for years but it got too busy and customer service got bad. Tried Edwardsville Diamond Nails and they were really sweet, powder dip lasted just as long, more attentive pedicure and half the price. The girls were funny and made it a good time. I am going back to see if they can do some more modern designs (like metallics, chrome, etc. with dips). I'll keep you posted. Not fancy but better.

Great service! Jenny did a great job and I thought the prices were reasonable. They were busy when I walked in, but got me set up. They came by to check on me and apologize for the delay. It was no problem to me because it was nice to just relax. I appreciated that they didn't just set me up then ignore me. I will be returning!

I went to Diamond Nails this evening after a terrible experience at a different nail shop in Edwardsville. They promptly sat me down and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. The girls here are very nice and friendly and do a fantastic job. This will be my new regular nail shop.

Today was the first time I didn't have a good experience here :( and it was due to the fact that they were short staffed. I requested a mani and pedi when the arrived however didn't receive the mani due to the lack of staff. Two staff members left and there were only three ladies covering 10+ customers. Customers are waiting 30+ minutes for their pedicures.... At this point I'm not sure I'll return :(
