Not going back after yesterday's experience with Lauren , the Customer Experience Associate. I waited in line, one customer in front of me - it took ten minutes, no less, for the customer to complete their "purchase". A large part of the delay was due to the conversation the customer was engaging in with her stylist, in the middle of checking out. At one point I asked the "Customer Service Associate" if she could check me out at a different register, the answer was "no".When she finally started my Check out process, she needed my last name, etc. to " find me in the system. She wasn't able to find the info, I told her not to worry about it, and I got a rude reply back : "I have to find it"... After I gave her my address, life history, she wrang up my purchase, slapped the pen and cc slip on the counter and told me to "sign here". I see I am not the only customer who has experienced rude attendants at this store. I also agree with the other reviewer about the information they have to have just for you to buy from then.
