The worst pedicure I’ve had in my life. DO NOT GO HERE! She took maybe 10 mins from start to finish and my toe nails looked like a child scribbled on them. It was a Sunday an only two people working an seemed very busy kept telling customers come back in 15 min an told quiet a few one walked out mad (don't blame her) one customer came back after an hour an as she was giving my pedicure she was very rough an in a hurry my feet weren't scrubbed a two second massage (im paying you an you couldn't do your job cuz you told a customer to come back so rush on me! Don't think so) I get gel an she didn't wipe the chemical off like she was suppose to. An puts cold water to soak my feet had to ask a couple times to warm it an had attitude. my daughter is 4 an the lady was rude to her she was getting a mani/pedi she's 4 there not going to sit still an would ignore her when she was asking questions. An I also was getting a fill an she nicked me 4 times an continued to do it as she did it she laughed. I was not satisfied an neither was my friend that came with. I was just visiting an for as many nail salons I've been in my life that was the worst experience I've ever had. Hands down when I visit again will not be going there that's for sure! Lovely lady, had individual ones applied, not the clusters, look perfectly natural ! Also eye brows threaded, i had ruled this method out and had been waxing, but her experience made it manageable, such a perfect finish. Thank you will return soon Read Less

Very lovely service, i had my eyelashes done and i would recommend the place to anyone who likes to have their lashes, brows/HD nails or other beauty remedies. The eyelashes do not feel like i have them on they are lightweight and very comfortable. Previously i have felt the glue and eyes have irritated but i have had them done 3xs at Klaire's and they feel fantastic. Try it and you will not regret it! Read Less

There were a couple regulars in there, who were so happy with their manicures.  I, however, as a new customer, was unhappy with a couple things:- length of time for nails.  It took an HOUR for a fill-in. And that is before nails were painted.- filing job. The man who did my nails filed each one at an angle, so one side was higher than the other. When I asked him to fix, he simply "rounded" the corner, and said I was wrong and it was even.  -paint job. He didn't clean up any polish that made it onto my fingers, and left uneven spots on the bottom of some nails.Is some of this too picky? Maybe.  But, if I'm paying you to do my nails, please do them in a way that won't make me want to get them redone as soon as I walk out.Reasonably priced, and probably okay in a pinch, but I don't think I will be going back again.
