Had lashes done 6 hours ago. My right eye is extremely irritated from the moment they were finished and I can’t keep it open for very long. Kinder worried, might go A&E :/

Worse place ever. Got lashes done over 2 hours ago and still they are bright red and I cannot see properly. When I went back to the shop they made me wait 20 mins before seeing me even though I could not see and my eyes were streaming. They then moaned when I said I want my money back and didn’t want anyone to touch my eyes again. Never will I go back again!

I have been coming here for 2 years now and I am here every three weeks but today as I went to get my infills I had one broken nail which he charged me for. I didn’t know they was charged for and asked why I had never been charge for a broken nail before at this point the BOSS started shouting at me in front of everyone in store (this was the one down broadwalk) it was humiliating saying I should leave , eventually I went to another member of staff who done my nails took my money and apologised on his behalf but thanks to the OWNERS attitude my two year custom and my sisters customer has come to an end and I will never nor will my family and friends ever ever step foot in there again. Absolute ridiculous way to treat your long term customers !!!!

Not happy at all. The paint wouldn’t dry. Ended up walking out, going home, taking the paint off & now no paint will dry at all! I’m now left with weirdly coloured fake nails or soon to be no nails af...
Not happy at all. The paint wouldn’t dry. Ended up walking out, going home, taking the paint off & now no paint will dry at all! I’m now left with weirdly coloured fake nails or soon to be no nails after I take them off! £28 not well spent.

Over priced i asked for diamonds he said ahh to much time for them so i felt guilty and decided to not have what i wanted they brake after 5 days customer service is horrendous, girl staff get treated...

Terrible. This was by far the worst nail salon I've been to. The tools they use do not seem like they are new and you are made to take off your own nail polish. Don't waste your money.

By far the worse place I've ever had my nails done. I got a simple manicure and they weren't even able to file my nails straight. I had to refile my nails as soon as I got home. If I can do a better job then I don't need to waste my time going to a place like this. I asked in 3 separate occasions if they had flip flops one could purchase to leave in and I was told yes when all they do was put paper flip flops on my feet! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? On top that it appears as if no one speaks English! As for my toes I do a better job at home of cutting/filing and cleaning my feet. Allow me to say it again, WORSE EXPERIENCE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

By far the worse place I've ever had my nails done. I got a simple manicure and they weren't even able to file my nails straight. I had to refile my nails as soon as I got home. If I can do a better job then I don't need to waste my time going to a place like this.
