Went to have my eyebrows waxed- wax was wayyy too hot, ended up burning my skin and leaving scabs from burning so bad. Always very uneven. One eyebrow was square while one was round. It has been a month since getting them done and they still have not grown back correctly. Would not advise going here to get waxed, not too sure about the nails or other services. The salon clearly have a strong foundation of locals who attend, and the level of customer service really does depend on whether you know them or you don't. I felt rushed and I felt very unwelcome in there as all the nail technicians spoke to everybody in their but me, I don't know how they've managed to have locals if people get treated out like this from the start. The lady who did my nails was very polite - but she made me feel uncomfortable because she was clearly uncomfo...rtable... she made an error on one of my nails and I asked her to amend it and she looked at me as if I'd just committed an awful crime. The receptionist is very rude, no manners, no please or thankyou, sat there with his headphones in the majority of the day and was not even at the desk for ten mins when I wanted to pay to leave. I wouldn't reccomend, I've been to much better places where they've done a better job and haven't rushed me out of the store, the locals get offered drinks, I didn't. The staff is super nice. The first time I came here I just got a pedicure and they did a very good job so I decided to go back again to get acrylics. They turned out absolutely awful. Not a single nail was even. I asked for them to be square, and they were all slanted, flared out, and curved inward at the edges. i don't want to be harsh because it's a really nice place, but I might as well have gotten my nails done by a blind person. It was a real let down paying $45 for my nails to come out looking busted. Luckily I am able to fix them with a nail file to make them look better, but I shouldn't have to do that for $45. If you just want a pedicure, this is a good place, but other than that I would go elsewhere. Read Less

For a few years now I take my mom here for annual pedicures for Mother's Day! The facility is clean and sophisticated. The staff is very kind and friendly. Mom and I aren't regular nail salon visitors but we have never felt awkward here and they take good care of us. It's usually not too busy so the wait isn't ever very long if you just walk in. Staff was a little abrasive and my nail tech was so soft spoken I couldn't hear anything she was saying. I had a pedicure with toe designs and a gel manicure for $70. My toes look great other than the designs on my big toes. I asked for a white and gold glitter design over my pink polish and she used an orange-y shade of gold polish sans glitter so it's not my favorite. My gel nails look great. She did cut me a teeny bit while cleaning my cuticles and shaping my nails though. The place itself was really nice, spacious, and clean. This location was pretty average for me. Read Less

When I got my nails done 13 days ago I loved them. The colour was lovely. However when I got on holiday I soon found the colour washed off in the water and the gel overlay had starting coming apart from the paint. One of my nails completely snapped off and pulled my little finger nail completely off with it. And this was not in high impact.Read Less

Do not go here. I went a little over a week ago and I am not happy at all with my nails. The color I picked out did not look like the display which tells me they water their colors down to make them last longer. My nails are also very thick and the shape is not straight. Worst salon I have ever been too. Rushed me in and out. I'm a single mom and live pay check to paycheck.  I decided to treat myself for my Birthday and get a pedi for my tired and sore feet. The lady Mrs. KIM (as her white coat said)  rushed me, sat me down, clipped my nails, took less than a min to massage, and smooth my feet and before I knew it she was painting my toes. I'm sorry but I work hard for $30 nd I didn't feel like the service was even worth $5 let alone $30+ tip . I am just so happy I didn't pay the extra $15 or the " special" pedi. I have been here several time. The first couple times went smooth, I got good service and my nails looked good. The last few times were terrible though. On time I could see on my pedicure where the polish did not cover. Plus the gentleman argued with me over a couple topics when trying to make conversation.The last time the lady used the hard abrasive on top of my foot and cut me then did the same on the other scratching me! Ouch! I wasn't happy with this and the pedicure was extremely uncomfortable afterwards because there was no communication between us, she couldn't speak English. Now a few weeks later my toenail is falling off, I'm assuming from the bacteria in the water after I was cut. This has never happened to me before and I get frequent pedicures. Definitely the worst gel polish I've ever gotten. Polish on my cuticles and skin around the nails that I had to peel off myself. Polish has lasted less than 2 weeks when I can normally go 4-5 weeks. Interestingly, the color is peeling from the shiny basecoat which is not something I've had happen before. The salon is very nice inside, well decorated and clean. Lots of available techs so maybe I just got an inexperienced one? But the polish not adhering to the basecoat isn't something a tech can control, that is an issue with their brand of gel polish, which wasn't Gelish or OPI. Read Less

If I could give this nail salon zero stars i would! I truly believe in giving second chances, however this is the 5th time they have messed up. The first time my total was $25 and they charged my card $50. The second time My total was $40, i looked at my statement and i was charged $40, 3 TIMES!!! The 3rd time I received a regular pedicure, not a deluxe pedicure and they charged my card $50, when it was supposed to be $35. The 4th time i thought, okay if i pay with cash i will be fine. I got a gel manicure as i do twice a month. The girl was rushing the entire time. I told her that the gel wasn't thick enough because you could see my actual nail underneath the polish and she said it was "fine" i asked her to put another coat on and she said it would ruin it. So I took her advice. I got this done on a Thursday, On Saturday EVERY nail was chipped, some of my nails had broken, because it wasn't thick enough. So, I went back Monday during my lunch break and told them i wanted them to fix it and the lady who did was RUDE, she was rushing, she painted my nails worse than by 5 year old cousin would. I asked her to take the polish off of my skin, and she said it was my fault because I wouldn't get a manicure, WHY on earth would i spend more money with you? She actually made one of my fingers bleed she was being so rough. THEN to top it off, she charged me full price to fix what they did wrong. As a paying customer you expect to be treated with respect. This isn't the case here so unless you want someone snapping at you I'd suggest you go elsewhere. Also, the website will state that it closes at 6; it actually closes when they feel like it so don't be surprised if they quickly file down your nails unevenly, slap on some paint and then charge you £20.00.
