They just went through an awesome remodel the store owner designed herself!! Super sleek and modern, not to mention fancy. They have Good ventilation unlike some other nail salons I don't get high off the fumes. I've probably visited this salon 30 times and I have had a few problems, but they've always fixed them without question same day or the next! They also guarantee their shellac for two weeks, which as a working girl is awesome. They do a thinner style nail then a lot of other shops too which I prefer, the thick ones are bulky and very fake looking. They never pressure me into adding more either like some salons. I was referred by a good friend about 5 months ago and I have been going every 2 to 3 weeks now. Horrible experience they charges me twenty dollars to paint my nails. I was supposed to get a gel mani the made me stuck my hands in acetone for half an hour and literally scraped the paint and top later of my nails off. Then put bad gel on my nails. Then made me stuck my nails in acetone again. By this time my hands are cramping. Then I got regular polish. They did a rushed job got it all over the side of my finger and nowhere near my cuticle. This was two days ago and it looks like its two weeks old there's such a gap. Then didnt even put lotion on my hands or cut my cuticles!! Still got charges the same price as a mani. Got a full set and gel and had to come back in to fix an error both times! Even then the nails had many imperfections (transparent, ridged edges, airbubbles) It's the closest nail salon to my house but I'm going to start going back to Lee Nails in the mall, it's worth the drive. Read Less

The guy who helped me was on his phone texting the whole time he even left half way through to go smoke. Also he was in a hurry to take the jell polish off my nails and broke one of my real nails. He tryed telling me it broke because the place I went to previously sanded them down to thin. (but the nail place I went to last time never even sanded my nails) Will not be going back. Read Less

They would seem to care more about money then their customers happiness. On Mothers Day, my mom sat with her feet in cold water for 30 minutes while one of the employees cleaned in front of her for a time. Finally, my mom got up and put her shoes on- that got the employees attention and two of them quickly told her that one of them could start with her now. My mom came and sat with me while a lady that cared very little for what I wanted finished my nails. She gave me gel when I had asked for acrylics over the phone so I ended up having to pay $7 more then I had planned. Good interior atmosphere but wouldn't recommend. Read Less
