A girlfriend & I decided on an impromptu manicure date & picked this place at random because it was near my house. We walked in like a couple of first timers & asked what they recommended we get done! Nail salons are notorious for up selling & being pushy. The people at Serenity Nail Spa were nothing like that at all. They didn't take advantage of first timers by suggesting the most expensive nail service available, instead they asked what we were looking for (basic manicure or length) & helped with the rest! So happy I finally found a local place for a pedicure! Super affordable, very nice staff, great service. Clean! They'd prefer you tip in cash but they'll let you tip on a card if you're new. And they have a rewards program!I got the tangerine pedicure with Kim. It's an exfoliating treatment with massage and hot towel wrap. Only $35, which I'm happy to pay. Read Less

Very bad service. I had asked for my nails a certain way and the manager did them differently. He kept looking at the clock and did my nails in a rush, when I arrived an hour before closing time. One of the nails looked like piles of gel was added. The next day one of them chipped from the side.! Ridiculous. Never going back there again.! Read Less

This place was fabulous!! I didn't know the difference between a no chip manicure and just a regular overlay. (powder) in the midst of the technician prepping my nails for the overlay, he told me what the difference was and I went for the no chip. Best decision ever! The tech was friendly and very conversational, the spa is beautiful, CLEAN and the ambiance is great. I was given a small bottle of water to drink, and all of my nail tools (cuticle clipper, nail file, etc) came out of unopened packaging. My manicure was done carefully. The tech did not rush, and my hands felt like silk afterward. They used nothing but the high end products. Im not sure if $35 is the average price for the no chip, but it is totally worth it. I could be a HSN ring model!! If you want to really treat yourself to a high quality manicure, with a great atmosphere and friendly smiles, this is the place you have been looking for. Read Less
