i would highly recommend for people to not go to this salon. i remember going here for my 8th grade graduation since it was close by, but i ended going to my mom’s regular nail artist, Tony, who did my nails way better than here! it has been about four years since i came and today i went to get my nails done. i showed the artist how i wanted my nails and told him clearly the way i wanted them done. he didn’t even seem to check if my nails were even, or to make sure they came out the way i wanted them to be. very bad here. i recommend people to visit by Lee nails in munster, indiana. they are very good there, and it’s way better than this salon! My daughter always goes here but this last time was the last. She went to get polished changed and they soaked her just done nails off instead. Then they wanted to charge her to do a full set again. They nicked her fingers all around her tips and then they cut her brow with a razor and had the nerves to talk rude to me and my companion when we pointed out the cuts on her. Then they called the police and said that my boyfriend was harassing the shop because he wouldn't sit down. Lastly, they claimed that they don't provide receipts if u pay in cash. I paid for her pedicure and had them soak off her poorly redone nails and I did not pay for the eyebrow waxing that they convenced her to get before cutting her. And before I left, I got a damn receipt. U can go here all u want, they may do good work. But their attitudes will cause me to go elsewhere. I got here right on time this afternoon cause as soon as I sat in the massage chair a group of people came in. They will give you water or pop I love the massage chairs and they all have ipads attached to them. The pedi was standard they didnt use that razor thing they use this thing that looks like a grater hopefully my heels stay smooth for a decent amount of time. Don't ever go there i got my nails done and in one day they starting to lift what type of service is this and then i got a cut on my finger from him trying to do something to my cuticles. The paint work is just sloppy. Read Less

This is the first review I've ever written, and I joined Yelp SPECIFICALLY for the purpose of warning others away from this shop!I pass by this place often as it's on my way home, and I always wanted to stop in because they have pedicures advertised for $14.99 on certain days of the week. One day after work I decided to go in.  Luckily for me, I had to go to the bathroom to take my stockings off - the bathroom was TEEMING WITH ROACHES.
