I came here for the first time about a month ago to get a no chip manicure. First impression, the salon was nice, I loved there set up for nail color. I sat down and my nail person, didn’t even say high or acknowledge me. I had to get my nails soaked off, and he ended up peeling my nails and broke a couple. When it came to shaping, he didn’t do what I asked. I figured I come back cause sometimes you just need to find that person you like for your nails. The second time was much better, I loved how my guy shaped my nails and painted them. After only 4 days 4 of my nails started peeling off my nails. I came back to get them fixed and he only fixed one of nails then just put a top coat on the rest of my nails. And of course, they immediately started peelings. They didn’t offer to fix them or anything but instead wanted to charge me again. I will not be returning to this salon but instead going back to my normal salon. Read Less

My daughter and I have been going to Nail Bliss for years. Today was probably our last visit. My pedicure lasted less than 30 minutes and the girl (Shirley) spent most of the time whispering to another employee and leaving me sitting in the chair to run to the back for some reason. She also left old polish on one of my nails! My daughter asked for a flower design and her tech looked panicked. The design was really bad and I had already paid the extra $ for it. They must have heard us talking about how bad it was because a male tech came up to her and asked if she was unhappy. He ended up redoing them. This is the second time this has happened with a design request. She ended up tipping him as well as the original tech which I thought was unnecessary. This used to be the only place we would ever go for our nails and my daughter travels from Bartlett! Guess it's time to move on. Read Less

Had a mani pedi. I have scratches on the skin on both feet due to her scrubbing mu skin instead of the callous! The 'hot' towels were lukewarm. The 'massaging' was poor. This is a pretty chill nail salon. I came here a few times and each time I was pleased with the outcome of my nails. Also great is they have a terrific selection of gel colors, and the usual pedicure enhancement packages. Prices were moderate, so don't come here looking for a cheap hookup. Had a fantastic experience here today. Ben took care of me. I had gotten a not so great full set of acrylics two weeks prior from another salon. I showed Ben a picture of what I had initially asked for, and he was very honest about what it would take for him to give me the look I wanted. Horrible service. What is on their website is not what you get. I asked for the everlasting polish change (no chip) which includes a bliss manicure (massage of the hands, etc.). When I called they said there is only a no chip but there is no massage and it is not called an everlasting polish change. It is just the uv light. Then I got the no chip manicure with my mom for her birthday and Xmas gift and when I called the one girl said the nail repair depends on how many nails. Well, when I called back another girl said it doesn't matter how many nails need a repair. They don't stand behind their nail repair for the no chip. I originally called with the receptionist and requested an experienced person and ended up with a new girl who could not work on my feet properly and used broken tools to scrub my feet and washed her hands in the water multiple times. i tried to give them another chance after failing before, but never again. They do not listen to requests just want your money and always up charge to the most expensive pedicure. Go somewhere else. Read Less

My boyfriend and I are about to leave on vacation and we were checking out new nail salons. My 2 friends Swear this place is the best so we decided to try it. I made our appointment for a soak off, no chip and a bliss pedicure. My boyfriend just wanted to express pedicure and manicure. They started my soak off and his manicure and all of a sudden halfway through my soak off I got moved to the pedicure chairs which was okay. Then after my very quick and PAINFUL pedicure I was moved back to the manicure chair, and moved chairs again. My manicure was even more painful my fingers bled and it was the most un relaxing moment to sit through. However my nail tech was super nice besides being super rough and my nails look nice. My pedicure was great, until it came to painting my nails. My technician was hurrying through the process since her shift was coming to an end. I didn't notice until later that the job was not done so well. The paint on one of my nails is noticeably messy. Will probably return and give them another try. Prices may vary depending on the day that you go but I went in on a Wed with my mom and sister and it was $26 - pedi, $30 - mani/pedi, $38 - No chip/polish change. Loved coming to this place, it was my favorite until the last two times i went. Very unhappy and dissatisfied. They cut my nails too short one time and the other time she rushed through the appointment, paid no attention to me and after 4 days they were already chipping. My first time here & only went because I got a gift card for Birthday. They were not friendly, didn't explain anything they were doing or give options for pedicures. My daughter and I both got manicures and I got a pedicure. When time to pay, we were on one bill which was fine but I added tip on the receipt and both girls were very dramatic and rude about it, stating how would they each get their tip. I explained it was my first time there, I didn't have cash and figured could put on the receipt that says TIP in that section. They just went on and on then began speaking another language to each other and the girl finishing my nails missed cleaning up a bunch of paint on my fingers. I went there with my friend (who loves this place). I had a bad experience with my pedicure. In fact usually when I'm done with a pedicure my feet are like baby's feet... not this time. It's look like that the guy who did my pedicure was in a hurry... But, My toes look good with the no chip pedicure (the only good point) but I will not come back for a pedicure. I am so beyond impressed with this place. I used to go here years ago before I moved away but was in town and desperate for the new dip manicure. When I called to make my appointment and found out my old technician was off I asked the friendly receptionist if she could request the best dip nail technician. While she explained she couldn't make such recommendations she could leave a note and her manager would. I explained multiple times that I'm very anal and detailed oriented about my nails and she assured me not to worry. Long story short I walked in and was assigned to Jack who at first seemed rushed and then surpassed all my worries!! He did such an amazing job on both my feet and fingers I wanted to hug the man lol. Idk if it was because he saw the note next to my name or he was just that good but I'll take it either way. Walked in at 10 am with my mom with NO appointment. I wanted acrylics done and my mom a mani/pedi. They took my mom in right away, and I was told to wait until 11 am, which I was totally fine with.At about 10:30, Sue was available to take me and glued my acrylics on and shaped them. She did a WONDERFUL job, thank you Sue!At around 11, Eva filed my acrylics and painted them. She took her time and made sure my nails looked alike and beautiful. Such a sweet woman. I've been coming here for 6 or 7 years now since they first opened. Hard to believe it's been that long But I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done. They do speak English and get to know you quite well if you go often. I literally refer anyone and everyone here. All of the techs are great and the place is neat and clean and appealing inside. I went out there with horrible french manicure, the girl who was working with me looks like she hasnt any estetic view about good looking and simetric things in the world. Otherwise she was kind and quiet, I can't say anything bad from side of behavior. The place was cold, it shouldn't be as long as there is a pedicure when your feet are naked. If you want good french manicure matching with your own hands, maybe you should find better place. Read Less

Not friendly at all if you don't do more expensive services. If it is only a fill for $18 give them $5 tip which is more than 20% they still don't like it. I recommended many to come to this place but now I changed my mind. I always do the spa pedicure $25 also give $5 tip that is 20%. I had no idea that the owners of this spa are brain surgeons.
